Same: I'm staying with stock tires until it's time to swap them out, (2020 Overland, Goodyear Wrangler ATA 255/70/R18) but added 2" backspacers to give me tire poke. Looks much better in my opinion. The tires tucked underneath seem to make it look too "brick-like".Love my Gladiator from every angle except the rear. The Rubicon/Mohave helps but still off in my mind. I think it is mostly the look of the back of the cab. Anyways, going through the 35 vs 37, lift decision making process and I think I have figured out that it may be the width of the tires that is throwing me off.
Anyone else have OCD like me, lol?
I think when I look at the back of a Gladiator with a little tire poke, it looks a lot better. Not a huge poke but maybe 2 inch poke or something like that? I think it balances out the square look?

It looks like Beach Access #10 to me. We go there in the Gladiator every time we are down there. I've got bigger tires now, I can't wait to go back.Sure is. San Luis Beach
I personally think wranglers are ugly too. But... I've had 3 of them and 1 gladiator. They are a beautiful, utilitarian kind of ugly. Also, I think they look much better with a set of all terrain tires or MT tires. I don't like the look with regular tread.I think Gladiators are ugly from every angle. They are just Wranglers that a room of engineers and designers tried to cram into truck body. That's why I love them. I don't want another boring vehicle that looks like every other vehicle on the road.
But nobody's looking at the taller Jeep.Size matters!

Yup. Wider tires make a BIG difference for JT’s.Here's a good comparison for you.![]()
Yep, I have a backflip cover right now but I have been thinking about going to a something like what you have to break up the squareness of the cab. Looks good.I had to make some adjustments to mine...
