I got the armorlite flooring in yesterday. It took about 4 hours with kid interruptions, install video was very helpful. Ran into the same issue as other forum members with the B-pillar trim not going to go back in flush without some further trimming. So far I am liking it, wouldn’t care to do the install again any time soon.

I also got the 37” KM3 tires mounted today. Still on the stock suspension, no spacers. Haven’t done much but cruise around town but I have to say these tires ride well for a mud terrain. Took a decent amount of weight to balance them but they are riding better than expected so far.

besides the install of the Armorlite flooring, how do you like it? The truck looks awesome!

Thanks man, I love it. I always enjoyed my Wranglers, but I definitely missed having a truck bed and am 100% happy with the move I made. The longer wheel base and the Mojave shocks make this incredibly pleasant to drive on the road. I was also resistant to the automatic, but I find with it being a truck I don’t miss the manual as much as I thought I would. First off-roading trip is this coming weekend to the OBX, I expect to love it even more once I finish but I will be sure to report back.

Thanks man, I love it. I always enjoyed my Wranglers, but I definitely missed having a truck bed and am 100% happy with the love I made. The longer wheel base and the Mojave shocks make this incredibly pleasant to drive on the road. Thinking heavily on adding the armorlite flooring due to the dog hair and sand. How are you liking the flooring?

I would 100% recommend the flooring. Cleaned up super easy after the OBX last weekend, no worries about dragging sand in and out.

what do you want to see on them? Haven’t winched with the flatline yet but it definitely stores clean. The floors are great I’ll post some before and after when I get back from my trip this weekend

Went up to the OBX last weekend had fun driving on the beach up there. Pretty much anyone can drive on the hard pack areas but had a little fun on the less packed areas. Nowhere close to getting stuck at any point, definitely had to be in 4WD, tires aired down to 18 PSI

Today I drove the New River Gorge OHV route up on WVA. Didn’t air down, honestly 2WD was fine for most of the main trail but some of the side trails were a little steeper and rougher but still pretty easy. A deadfall blocked my way on my sidetrack so I just finished up the route. 12 miles overall, definitely some pretty views.

This was after the OBX trip followed by the New River Gorge the next weekend. Cleaned right up in about two minutes.

Got on the onboard air mounted up with innovative AT air solution and ARB dual compressor. Probably going to finish the wiring tomorrow. Had to trim the armorlite flooring to accommodate it but fairly minimal.

Also have armorlite and just beginning the innovativeATproducts ARB twin kit installation. gotta admit i'm a bit lost here.

any guidance would be greatly appreciated. i really don't even know where to begin if i'm being honest.

My advice, which I did not do haha, is fully remove the passenger seat to give you plenty of room and then dry fit, so to speak, the compressor. This will give you a good idea of the minimum to you need to trim to get it to fit as well as make it easier to run the harness. I already had the floors in so I just cut in place. You will be cutting out where the front and rear armorlite overlap. I have a few more pictures on my buddies phone if what we trimmed I will try to get those and put them up here.

Obviously too late to go back now so let's hope this works.

Looks good. It might be worth wedging something under the edge of the back mat to ensure that there is a lip, although it looks like it may still exist. Just to prevent water from running over if you ever wash it out etc. I would say the same for the front, did you end up tucking the bracket under or keep it over? Of course if you just wanted the floor for ease of cleaning and insulation it does not matter as much but I will say being able to rinse it down is nice. Either way, looks good man.
