I hope and pray they get their damm heads straight. Politics within the euro-overlords of Jeep, Ram, Dodge and rest are biggest enemy of the gladiator and holding it back for number of reasons. Gladiator needs more choices for people and no not that 4XE disaster. I love the V6 personally and loved the diesel i had. They should of already had more choices after eliminating the diesel. Hopefully becuase this generation only has about 2 years.

In another thread it was pointed out that vendors are being asked to see what it would take to carry their production to 2035 I think it was.

So, its on the table to stretch JL and JT out another several years if i understood that correctly.

That is just about the ONLY reason they could get me to trade in my new 26 Mojave X…
Last week I test drove a gold Mojave X which had the sport wheel lol (factory mistake)
I was surprised how strong and stable the springs were. Got a look and feel for the all the underneath amor and loved it. Had a respectable 909 lbs of payload considering all the leather electrical seats, hardtop, steel amor. I think the x model can handle more for sure and it reminded me of the diesel high altitude i was testing before i settle for the the diesel overland at the time. Much different from the Mojave's i test drove back in 2021. I feel in love to be honest lol

Another thread of pipe dreams. Stellantis is selling plenty of JT's with the V6 and ESS. It's not going away, and regular production runs won't be offering any other options. They have a limited run on the calendar for the end of 2029, but a lot can happen in three years to derail that.

I believe that is the end of '27 where a handful of 6.4 trucks appeared to pop up.

The amount is about 5% of Gladiator annual production. To compare that to something else - there is approximately 3% of King Ranch F150's compared to all other F150 trim levels per year if Google is correct.

Of course, no '28 info was shown. So the 2100 may be it, or there may be more the next month.

Unless their sales and marketing people figure out, and qualify with studies and projections, the amount of trade-Ins this move would generate from loyal owners finally getting what they have been wanting/asking for years. With the added benefit of flooding the market with reasonably priced JTs that would bring in another market segment of new drivers that couldn't afford the Jeep brand into the Jeep "cult".

The JT has been on the market for seven years. Those studies and projections have been done many times. The only thing that matters to the manufacturer is how many new units they can sell. Apparently, they are satisfied with what is brought in by the current product configuration.

Thanks for that info.

A few years back my wife and I went to Myrtle Beach for vacation and rented a JKU and that was the first vehicle that we ever drove that had that feature. We didn't not know that it had it and I thought that it stalled at the first traffic light. we came to. LOL..... I hated it.
