I have read most of the misfire posts but at no point has any of them ended with a true fix to the issue. Has one been found yet? I know there can be different causes and fixes that cause a misfire but still have not really seen anything yet.
I have a 2020 Rubicon and have installed a supercharger. I am having some remote tuning done on it and the guy informed me that I need to get my misfires corrected. I looked at the data logs and I have anywhere from 36 to 77 misfires in a log and on all cylinders. Not just total but on one cylinder is 77 with misfires on all cylinders but the largest amount is 1, 3 and 5 with 2 being close behind.
He is looking at the tune to make sure it is not there but he is not new to the Pentastar V6 so I would think the tune should be usable on any platform and then dialed in to each use.
Anyway, anybody see or hear of a fix yet. I do have one new coil coming and I am going to switch it with NO. 1 cylinder and see if it makes a difference which I am doubtful of seeing as others have replaced coils with no luck.

Since you haven't received any response I'll throw this out, it's just a shot in the dark. You don't mention any codes, do you have stored codes? What software are you using? If you are using Jscan live data (at least in my experience) with the engine off it shows misfires on several cylinders logged. But of course it would, it's not running. Live data with the engine running I get absolutely no misfires. I've never had a misfire code. I hope it is that simple for you, good luck!

No codes and I am using HPTuners.

I have noticed my misfires stopped when I got my first oil change. Not sure if this mattered but maybe there was a bunch of junk from the machining in the engine.

My dealer is currently replacing the head on bank 1 ( this is attempt 4) because in at least one occasion at their dealership this has been the fix for Misfires. I am getting hundreds of misfires across the whole bank. The one that they were able to fix with a head before was only one 1 cylinder.

I have been told by others that mine may very well be tune related and I am really hoping it is. With the amount of misfires I am having I just find it hard to believe it is a mechanical issues seeing as it is both sides. Hopefully I can report back with some good news here in the near future as soon as the guy doing the remote tuning responds back, he has been tied up at work and not able to get anything out as of late.
One other thing to note is I had not really noticed anything odd until after the supercharger install and its tune.

Picked up jeep last week after bank 1 head replacement so far misfires have dropped to less than 10 in the same miles I was getting hundreds before, going to watch it for a few weeks.

Jscan and 1 of the Bluetooth OBD readers they recommend. As long as you are just using it to read codes and data log you don’t need the extra cable. As a side note, if you want the cable and aren’t in a hurry for it you can get it from one of the Chinese sales sites real cheap just takes a while to get it.

gotcha. I've been on the lookout for issues with misfire, but so far haven't felt or heard anything and no codes thrown that generate a CEL. I have a later 2020 build date, so I might be in the clear I guess.

Here is a scream shot of missfires before the last attempt

my build date is Nov 2019. Other than the auto start/stop error I had no indication until last October when I got a CEL. What I found after they did the software update was every time I had a Auto start /stop error it would set a P0300 pending but would clear before it set a CEL

interesting. So it could be throwing and logging a misfire code but not actually triggering a cel it sounds like. You see that some with other things like 0420 cat thresholds. Maybe ill see about getting an obd scan check.

It is logging a pending code but if it doesn’t have enough, which is apparently multiple hundreds it won’t set a CEL but just reset.

This one was resolved using the TSB related to changing out the spark plugs.
Note that it's "intermittent" and "Error warning lamp not requested" - no MIL in this case as it wasn't constant.
