I just noticed under occupation you are a liquor attorney in Minnesota. With your employer we may end up doing business some day. My distillery is expanding to more states. We are in Minnesota now but only in Total Wine stores.

Well - I was a commercial attorney for about 15 years and then randomly a friend told me that a local family owned liquor distributor was looking for a new general counsel. Thats me. I'm pretty general at counseling...

Oh and I did go to Cornell Hotel School as an undergrad... not a lot of keggers more like too much wine and cheese (it was the 90s... forgive me).

Nothing for show, I actually try to hide my upgrades. People (employees) are too judgmental. That being said, when my Rack finally gets here from Dissent, I can't hide that.
I do put my BOH badges on though.
And yes, Rummie makes good rum. I can only get the coconut and spiced around here but they are in my cabinet of about 15 different rums; and the only 'flavored' ones.
