Installing a 2" lift on my Diesel Rubicon this weekend...

Anyone have suggestions or recommendations for front and OR rear spaces?

Installing a front Fab Four stubby bumper with no winch ( but will install in the future). bed use will be for camping gear (no RTT), no towing or extreme duty type of use.

Thoughts?

For cheap just do the 1.5 front spacer kit from Teraflex. This will level out your gladiator and allow up to 35's. I you want or need more there are lots of options.

Thanks but I prefer a kit plus it’s already purchased. Also running 37’s.

My jeep guy suggested the 2"lift and 35" tires, used stock wheels with 1.5 inch spacers and nothing rubs or grinds....

If you are talking wheel spacers, my tires are 34”, stock wheels and no spacers. They are 11.2” wide. I think you can go 11.5” wide or less and be ok without spacers.

Speaking of lift spacers only. I did read that thread in depth prior to posting this but there seems to be inconsistencies on install location. Some prefer front, some prefer rear and others do both with mixed sizes. Some don’t mention if it’s front or rear just mentions a size.

Based on what you plan to do with it I don’t see any need for rear. Front is a preference option. You will have similar rake as you do now without a lift after you install the mopar lift if you don’t add any spacers. The spacers in the front will reduce the rake. The bigger the spacer the less rake until you reach level. It seems like typical is somewhere between 1/2” and 1”. Hope this helps.
