1UP on the DB means I can still walk behind the Jeep in the garage. 1UP on the hitch for multiple bikes.

Is that "The Calling" I see there? My absolute dream bike. I keep talking myself out of buying it.

Also did you change the lettering or do you have 2 Evils?

it is! I just talked myself into buying it, actually my wife was more insistent than I was. Just the one, just changed out the decals this weekend.

That's awesome, I want one real bad.

What's probably going to happen is my GF is going to pull the trigger on a Juliana, which will cause me to pull the trigger on The Calling.

The Calling will be a major upgrade from my Marin Hawkhill 2

Hey I just upgraded from a HH1! The HH2 was out of stock when I bought last time. The HH series is pretty solid, I didn't have any major complaints with it.

That is a funny coincidence that you were riding an HH also. I don't have any issues with the HH2 either it is a really fun bike. The Evil Calling has an awesome name and is carbon fiber. And it has been calling my name for the last year.

Haha, I’m in Cali. I’m not rich enough yet to live on the hills but maybe one day. My uncle just has to ride across the street, literally 100ft away and he’s on an epic trail. I am several miles away away from that but hopefully not as many years 😂

Just a flat piece of 1/4” with a tab welded on to bolt to the rail. I had to extend out 8” from the truck so the pedal wouldn’t contact the topper.

The bracket is plenty solid, but I’m getting some flex from the inner wall of the bed.

My previous bracket that was braced to my Yakima rack had zero flex.

Awesome, thanks. I've been wanting to side mount a couple of trays like that and wondered if a bracket would be stiff enough. I've got an Overhaul HD, but not the SideBars, so I was hoping to just use the rail.

I started out with a side mount but worried about a narrow road I take to a local trail

These are 1/4 steel plates with grade 8 u bolts cut down Yakima bar to 10”es attached to uni-strut bolted to braces for ladder rack up-rights. Then mounted Yakima Front Loader bike mounts. Very sturdy just liked the deck mount set up I figured out later.
