Mostly on the hitch Thule rack but if towing the camper I put them on the roof of the cap

Went with a Bomber Strap for local trails but might go with a rail over the touneau cover for longer trips.

The bomber strap is small enough to fit behind the rear seats when not in use and very quick to install when I want to get the bike out.

I started out with the Kuat NV2 that I had on my FoST. It was a 1 1/4 hitch so I needed a 2 in adapter and it ended up sticking out too far.

So I added the KB Voodoo High Rise system and 2 Yakima High Roads racks. Much better and easier for me.

What brand is your rack. Will it fit on a Tyger roll up tonneau cover?

The rack is the KBvoodoo Hi-Rise. It works with the factory roll up tonneau cover, not sure about the Tyger

I recently picked up a new Kona WOO. I carry it the same way as I carry my Stumpy midfat - I just put it in the bed and set the tailgate to the mid position. Sometimes I'll strap around the front tire to the LH rear tie-down in the bed.

Just finished a nice ride this morning in the snow. 14 F at the start, not too bad...

Just installed a Ride88 double QR3 quick kit. https://www.ride88.com/product-page/double-v3-quick-kit Pricey but well worth it. The build quality if first rate and securely carries my bike within the bed without taking off the front wheel. Install was quick and easy, but I did have to cut two notches in the slide rail of retractable tonneau cover for the cross bar. I have previously used tail gate pads, but they were more of a hassle to remove and install because of the tonneau cover. And just didn’t like the bikes hanging out or the look of them. I highly recommend Ride88. Plus they have lots of mounting options.

SUPER solid feeling. For $80, I am pumped.

I have a Yakima hitch carrier too, but it's a bit of a PIA unless you leave it on all the the time. I just use it for long trips.
Almost a year since you posted this...any issues with this system yet? Also, how do you lock your bikes in (if you lock them at all)? TIA.

That's a sweet setup. I wanted the same one soooo much, but I have the factory tri-fold had tonneau, and I would have to mount it too far back.

@jac04 Thanks for the idea - I assumed, incorrectly, that it would be stable just laying in the bed. Does it move around during transport?
