Just bought my new Mojave Hydra Blue Gladiator on Friday. Next Friday he goes in to get the color matched rhino liner installed in the bed.

Any tips or tricks to make the bed rails easier to install afterwards would be greatly appreciated!!

Make sure you have a correct size tap on hand to get the rhino out of your bolt holes. Be patient with the tap, it takes awhile.

You or the shop doing it could put plugs or bolts in the holes when the rhino-liner is sprayed in. That way the threads are covered and don’t get liner applied to them.

thats a great idea. Got any idea on what size they are?

I had thought about putting foamy earplugs in the holes but like the idea of bolts better

You need 6 mm bolts
thanks so much! I had also planned on removing the in bed lights beforehand to avoid crappy tape lines.

Rhino liner complete! The shop removed the lights, and plugged the holes for me. They did an awesome job and color-matched the bedliner!

These folks did a great job, and even loaned me a vehicle to run around in while they worked, so I wasn't stuck at the shop all day.

Looks fantastic! If mine were a bright color, I would do the same.

Thank you! I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. The shop that sprayed it did a great job.

the best part? It was only about 200$ out of pocket because Jeep was giving a 500$ rebate check back to veterans. Dealership cut me the check yesterday. Shop gave me a small discount on the bedliner, and the color-match with UV was an additional cost.

Oh lucky duck, that's a sweet deal! I got line-x on mine within a few weeks but I'd already scratched and dented the bed by them. After seeing yours, I'd have a hard time choosing between color match and black if I had to do it again.

Thanks! I got the Jeep Friday, and Saturday was putting jacks and plywood in the bed. The bed had a couple of scratches when it went for bedliner. Not like that really matters because they end up scuffing it up to get good adherence anyhow when they go to spray.
