New Mojave owner - so much information on this board! Have read many posts and just wanted to verify I have covered the bases. If it costs more to do it correctly, I am fine with that. My Gladiator will be a DD. Moderate off road a few times a year. Will be adding an aluminum front bumper with winch/synthetic rope to the front-more weight.
Teraflex 1.5" front leveling kit
rear 3/4" puck kit (Daystar?) am thinking these two leveling "kits" with the winch will level out my Mojave
Teraflex 2" shock extension bracket kit - front & rear (2-2.5"lift) Plan to use front only*
Teraflex JL/JT Alpine short control arm kit adjustable. 0-4.5" lift
35x11.5 Nitto tires
front end alignment required
My question(s):
1. the 2" shock extension brackets - are they a good idea?
2. IF using the 2" shock extension brackets are a good idea, does the bump stop need to be changed for shock travel in the front? If so, 1/2" bump stop pad?
3. any other parts suggested?
Also reading, possibly plan on adding a Fox 2.0 front stabilizer as that appears to improve steer/handling.
Thanks in advance!
