37s, 4" lift. Loss some mph but its expected. Anything bigger than 37s you'll need to mount the spare in the bed.

Tires larger than 37” do not fit in the stock tire carrier area under the bed. I believe 37” tires typically need to be aired down to fit under the bed. Thus, a 40” tire would need to be mounted in an alternate location like in the bed or on an after market swing out carrier on a bumper designed for that purpose.
