Sounds like you just want looks. Go 3.5" lift, no driveshaft and 37"s with new rims or wheels spacers. You will need to re-gear though.

I run 35" with 3.73 and still have 8th gear (not as often though) and still manage 16.8 - 18.23 mpg.

What would have more poke? 17x8.5 -10 vs 17x9.5 -18? How much more poke would I gain ? Should I do 13.5 or 12.5? Like the poke agressive look

Just another opinion of course:

Take if off-road as is and invest in some recovery gear. Don’t underestimate a stock Jeep. Tires and suspension equipment are still stupid expensive. Adventures and experiences are priceless. Learn how to drive a stock Jeep before you decide to mod it.
Hey guys just picked up a Willy’s. Don’t do much off-road maybe a few times. Wondering what should I do for suspension to fit 37s or maybe 40s ? Gears are 3.73 if this helps. Want to go with 17s most likely or I’m open to ideas ?
I have a Willy’s on 37’s regeared to 5:13 and 2.5” metal cloak game changer. Love the set up and ride.

Saw one in person with the same setup that I’m doing and didn’t like it. So I’m going with a 6” life with driveshaft of course
