Am I doing this right?
Purpose: kinetic recovery and towing using the factory front tow hooks on my 2021 Mojave.
The setup would be:
Tree saver attached to front tow hooks using 2 10"soft shackles, using the tie straps to hold them there so they don't slip off if slack.
20" soft shackle attached to center of tree saver, connecting to either the recovery rope or tow strap. The pulling vehicle would use a hitch link with the hard shackles there or whatever else the recovering vehicle has. ( hitch link if it were me - no winch )
If recovering from the rear, I'd just use the hitch link and rope.
I don't plan on getting a winch. Does this seam feasible, what I have imagined?
