Why are you letting your butthole talk? Oracle lights have a design flaw, it's not the truck's fault. Believing their story that some trucks are programmed to a different wattage is insane. Do you know how many issues would Jeep have internally with programming? Every truck would need to be programmed individually according to the draw from tails. There's no way they would let the supplier deliver a part with erratic draw.

My butt hole talks because your moms tongue likes it.

I'm normally excruciatingly polite but you acting like a douche.

Normally if you switch from incandescent to LED and you have a hyper flashing or a bulb out error it is because the lights aren't drawing what the ECU expects.

This is among the reasons why things like a tazer allows you to configure.

If an accessory manufacturer advertises that they don't require changes, its because they. have installed a resistor in parallel with the lights. This is a crappy way to do things because it dumps heat into the housing and uses more electricity than is necessary.

I was just responding to that person's general question. If you get an error on the dash, changing the setting to LED can fix it. I didn't read all the posts. Maybe I should have.

I am so so sorry. But it still doesn't justify your response.

What Don said isn't true. These work on both halogen and LED gladiators. Tested
I apologize, I thought that he had incandescents and a switch to LED caused the dash message.

Odd cause the products I have gotten from them have all worked great and the couple times I dealt with customer service on getting an updated cable they were great and very quick and responsive with help and getting part updated

Emphasize "products you have gotten". That's my main issue. I pay for an item, then wait. Three months later, after no updates, I ask where are my lights. The response was, they are coming, they can't tell me when because "only shipping knows that answer, and if I didn't like it, just take my money back.

Guess I expect too much from "customer service".

Why was the plug and play harness a mistake? I'm thinking of getting the backup lights and was thinking that for $30ish it was a reasonable time saver.

Did it not work?
My problem was with the LED back up lights. I was part of the first group purchase for the back up lights. It took some time to get the original product produced and shipped, Then there was a problem with the length of wires going to the passenger side tail light. Following a couple back and forths Oracle got it right. The plug and play harness is now correct and it is the was to go. Very clean installation.

Yea I had that from RR on the skid plate. It took about 6 months or more to get it.

I'm having a shit of a time with their "customer service" right now. The wiring harness for the reverse lights is bad. Contacted them Monday, heard from themthuraday asking redundant questions and haven't heard back from them since.
Most companies would have just immediately sent out a replacement harness.... But not these clowns.
Best bet is to buy elsewhere

My wiring harness for the backup lights doesn't work. Having a fuck of a time getting them to send a replacement. They aren't exactly eager to provide customer service or seems.

Hope you able to get it worked out. I continue to get good customer service from Oracle. Just last week I rewired the Halo’s on my Oculus headlights. I reached out through this forum with questions to JP and he got back with me with the information I needed. Try JP he has helped me.

I like the look of the flush mount but given some of the comments about fitness, the errors, and non-existent customer service, I'm thinking about cancelling my order since it doesn't seem they are going to ship them out while I still have the Jeep.

Saw a few options on Amazon. Does anyone have any experience on brightness and quality that can offer up some options?
Got these on Amazon a few weeks ago. Very bright and the red is the "right color". Very vivid bright red is what I mean. The quality seems to be good and they have got very wet since I've had them, with no issues. The directional blinking is pretty cool as well. They are plug and play for a 21 Willys.

So far I've talked to a rep via Instagram, email directly and here on the forum.... And so far, NOTHING! LOL. Disheartening at best.
