That's not what the people were claiming but I can't confirm. There is a thread on here about it.Only way I can see these coming off is on a trail where they get hit. Overnighted the screws causing plastic to break or somehow under tightened the screws.
Define “a lot of people”. I’ve seen it reported here just once albeit, I have stopped following that thread.A lot of people have had them fly off their jeeps going down the road and Oracle said they were not installed right because people didn't tighten them up right and refused to honor a warranty on them. Oracle has been passing the buck and refusing warranty claims or charging ridiculous restocking fees for a while now. Just not a good way to do business. If your product sucks just admit it and at least offer to research the problems and come up with a fix, and maybe help the customer out with the cost of said remedy.
Look if you like yours or whatever all good. I know from being hammered by this company on more than one occasion that some of their stuff is trash and their business practices are trash as well. I'll always steer clear. People had theirs coming off and all they could saw was your install wasn't correct.Define “a lot of people”. “People” or one person on this forum and tons of people who complained about their own gripes or piled on in group thinking? You just highlighted the problem with folks speaking in absolutes. By that logic, the diesel and the 3.6 should be junked and no one should ever drive a JT again. Look at the failed fuel pumps in the diesel section and all the misfire nightmares of the 3.6 gasser. Ever driven an old Patriot? I heard the transmissions would just fall out of those… we should really just boycott Jeep all together.Look if you like yours or whatever all good. Some companies are trash at doing business and some companies sell products that are garbage, like Oracle, who falls into both these categories.I don't care if their product is the best out, the wat they do business sucks and it has for as long as I can remember going back to 2016ish on wrangler forum. Some people just like pushing and backing garbage company for whatever reason, I guess they are in denial. What you are also forgetting is for every story you hear on the internet of them being 'trash', there's a happy customer who hasn't bothered to post because they aren't angry, looking for a solution, or coming to dog the company on the internet. Some companies are trash at doing business and some companies sell products that are garbage, like Oracle, who falls into both these categories.I don't care if their product is the best out, the wat they do business sucks and it has for as long as I can remember going back to 2016ish on wrangler forum. I'm not saying all of Oracles products are garbage, but some are, but their business model sucks and it pretty much always has.
Ok, well I guess I can buy a light from Northridge, install it and not like it or it have a issue. I can call them, they will give me remedy and work with me to fix the issue. Be up front with me and once when I needed resistors for a light they sent them to me for free. Also if I decide I don't want the lights, I can return them in the package they came in for a full refund without a restocking fee. That's a company that knows how to do business. If your happy, then that's great. For me I've bought from them twice and both times got I wasn't happy with the product. I kept one and used it but found something better later. The other I won't even get into because it would take another thread to explain that. Both of these on my JKU, I wouldn't even bother putting anything on my JT that they sell. What you are also forgetting is for every story you hear on the internet of them being 'trash', there's a happy customer who hasn't bothered to post because they aren't angry, looking for a solution, or coming to dog the company on the internet.
That's the problem with boards like this and threads like this is most of the people without problems aren't going to come looking for this thread to tell you how great they are...
I'm not saying that they haven't had their issues, but EVERY thread I've seen on this board has a response from Oracle trying to help out, now you may not like their answer, but they are trying to help out.
So from my personal experience, these lights work exactly as described. Plug and Play. No issues.
No flashing, no programmer, nothing wrong at all from these so called 'trash' lights from a 'trash' company.
That's actually a great suggestion for anyone here considering these lights. Buy through Northridge, that way you get their customer service and return policy.Ok, well I guess I can buy a light from Northridge, install it and not like it or it have a issue. I'll let Northridge have my business.
Facts are Facts.
You win, My times more valuable.LMFAO!!!!?!![]()
Your definition of “fact” seems swayed by personal opinions and experiences as one cannot prove a product or company as a whole is deemed “junk” based on a forum where people come to seek out help and/or share in the hobby.
By the very nature of this forum, most will come to report issues.
I would guess that more than 99% of JT owners are not on this forum and therefore one cannot take this as a valid sample size to form a fully factual opinion on any one particular product because again, the very nature of this post.
Everyone is completely entitled to an opinion and I respect yours. However, do not confuse your opinion with fact that should be widespread and accepted as such.

Its not about winning or losing my friend. To each their own.You win, My times more valuable.LMFAO!!!!?!![]()
How do you rationalize a "Plug-N-Play" product needs a Programmer to work is not a product defect ?!?!?!?!?!? Also how is this not even mentioned on the product description ?
This makes me regret buying their tail lights. And i was about to pull the trigger on some of their headlights and fogs. But the direct response to that question is what helped me to decide not to buy from them again. It's also perfect for me to show other people how they conduct business. Anyone interested in some slightly used Oracle tail lights that may or may not be "Plug-N-Play" on your Gladiator? The same light will work on another gladiator with no issues, therefore not a defect.
Whoa there boy, you are clearly no lawyer. Better stay in your lane. If a product fails to perform as advertised for one of your customers through no fault of that customer, you have an issue and would be wise to do the right thing by that customer. Reading all these threads clearly indicate you have a serious liability event here, be glad a class action has yet to be rung up by some nasty greedy worm, I have seen cases with far less merit go very far indeed. The same light will work on another gladiator with no issues, therefore not a defect.
