Have you contacted our team? Please take a moment to fill out our online warranty request here: https://www.oraclelights.com/RMA and someone from our customer service department will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you!
Thanks. I filled out the form & your people have responded.

I'm going to reply right now with the information that's requested.

Hopefully I don't get a ticket for a "burned out tail light" in the meantime.

I’m curious, do the inner most points of the light not work for you?

My tail lights have been flawless. I did use a programmer but expected to, having to go from non-led to led. I am really pleased with the lights. They look great and reduce the risk of getting ripped off on the trail. Forums are a haven for magnifying an issue which is good and bad. The good is you hear about what could happen, the bad is that it sounds like its happening to a larger population and can put the issue out of perspective. We have Jeeps that we invest in. If you believe this is a mod that will be on the Jeep forever then it may be a long ride. Changing our rides is part of the journey. Sometimes you take a chance on something because you like it even though others frown upon it (can you say angry grille). Its your ride, make it your ride and if things change along the way so be it. Make informed decisions but don't always let others on the net who you really don't know be the deciding factor. In the end most bad parts/jeep stories end with the manufacturer doing the right thing because it is in their best interest to do so. Yes there may be some delays or frustrations along the way(all glorified here on the forums) but it usually ends with a resolution.

It's a just a light. They should be able to make one that does not fail. Period.

It barely lasted a year. Can you imagine if an OEM only lasted that long?

I keep vehicles around 10-20 years & have never had a tail light go bad until these.

I bought these thinking I was going to avoid losing a tail light on a trail, then ended up losing one without it even being damaged on or off a trail. I guess that's what I get for thinking.

Yep you're frustrated....My guess is you don't work in manufacturing or QC. Manufactured products can and do fail even under the tightest of tolerances. Sounds like Oracle will make it right. Leave it at that. The dig about getting a ticket for a tail light pretty much sums you up. Would you blame Jeep if you got a ticket because the OEM bulb failed I'll let you in on a secret they can fail too.

You either don't value time and money or you subscribe to the Craftsman business model where it's cheaper to replace a POS ratchet than build a quality one. Maybe we revisit when yours fail.

Wow. A company actively stands behind their product and this is how people respond. Meanwhile they'll turn around and buy chinesium garbage off Amazon and when it fails just go 'oh well I expected nothing' as though that's totally fine.

Such a strange world we live in. Some people just want to be angry I guess.

Yeah, totally valid if you sell a quality product.

I'd rather get Oracle stuff than cheap Amazon garbage. Even if you think they're piles of shit. Speaking of, what Oracle product did you experience an issue with?
I'm with you on not buying Ching Chong Chinese BS, but if I can buy a product with the same failure rate for less, well I guess the best thing to do is not to buy either of them. It's a shame people have to spend money and warranty products back multiple times to figure that out.

I'm with you on this. I do value my times as well. Unlike mechanical stuff, electronic either works or don't regardless of how much it cost. My $1800 Dell xps laptop has more issues than my son's $300 laptop. I have their reverse lights, but i fused that sucker just incase it goes out and short out reverse circuit.

I have to say that Oracle has been top-notch with standing by their warranty. I am on right-side taillight #4, and they have replaced all the prior defective ones without hesitation after I followed the required steps. I stick with them because of this. I also have their bumper reverse lights and their sidetrack lights, which I love and have had 0 issues with.

Bought mine last year February. They have both since been replaced. Manufacture date was 7/22. They did or still do have something posted on their website about a correction or detection of defect. Both light were replaced about 6 months apart. Will say that they made it as simple as could be. Made a call, received an email, sent a picture of failure and lot code inside light. It was shipped same day I called and received 2 days later. I have factory leds but I love the look of these so Ill stick it out with them until they dont get fixed anymore. Still got stockers in basement. Would probably buy again if I had too

THIS ^^
My set has been flawless since August of 2022, bought them at the booth at the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. I did use a programmer but expected to as well as I went from non-led to led.

I heard back from Oracle. They will be shipping a replacement asap.

Thanks to all who encouraged me to contact them directly.

Next question:
How do I lock this thread or maybe even delete it?

Thanks,
