overland kitchen ideas

so ive seen a few overland stove/kitchens that are pretty slick essentially a place to store and set down the small propane stove and store some spices and other small things. some slide out of the back of the pickup bed some slide out of the back seat after a backseat deletion. both options using a drawer system and i want something like this but i need access to both my back seat and keep full access to my bed. only thing i can think of is a very small trailer but i don't want to always be hauling a trailer. anyone have any good ideas for this?

Its exactly what your looking for its a home build, but I completed this and will be making more locally here in BC, Canada. Sometimes making a drawing and doing your own build is the way to go (if you have the ability *tools*skill).

I'm kind of in the same boat, although I'm doing a 60% seat delete, but when I am not camping I want full access to my bed.

My current plan is to bolt a sheet of plywood down in the bed and put a fridge slider on one side and something like Courtsm3 built for a kitchen.

When I get back from camping, the fridge and slider and plywood come out and get stowed in the shed.

If the Gladiator wasn't my daily I wouldn't care, but I only have the one vehicle for now..

That looks great, that's basically exactly what I had in mind to put together.

I built mine to be removable. I have tie downs screwed to the bed with turnbuckles strapping it down. The kitchen doubles as a sleeping platform.

yea that could do the ticket. how difficult is it to remove when you are done?

If you aren't too interested in building your own set up, I re-purposed a kitchen from https://overlandkitchen.com/ that I had in one of my JKUR's and have mounted it to a bed slide.
