From my experience, Toyo Open Country MTs hands down. I had 40k on my last set, sold them with at least another 10k in them.

So I’m running 37x12.50 17 Hankook DynaPro XT and am throughly enjoying them. Much quieter than my BFG KM I was running before. Discount Tire said they were easy to balance and I have had good luck with wear patterns so far. Have under 15k miles currently on them and I would say I’m about 50/50 road and off road. My off-road consists of gravel, dirt, mud, and sand. Haven’t used these on actual rock crawling.

I was going to buy those because I have had good luck in the past with them, but I have read a few posts with great reviews on the Kanati Mud Hog tires lasting a long time.
OP, I think one big thing to also consider is price vs. Mileage. Example, if the Open Country get 50k and cost $475 each and another brand gets 40k and cost $275 each, it might be something to consider...
I also like the Geolander, but don't know how thay last...

I am riding on Rubicon factory 2021 rims and tires. I have a sport and bought the with 50 miles on them. A friend drove from dealer to tire shop, because his custom rims were waiting. I have 34,000 miles. No flats , plugs or patches. Falcon brand. I am mostly on long trips with the Jeep. Good grip left. Rotated 2 times. No complaints! Good Luck ?!

That’s definitely in the back of my mind. I’m trying to stick to sub 1500 if I can. Lots of tires in that price range. I can get 5 of those Deliums in either AT or MT for a thousand bucks, and if they get me 40k with a 5 tire rotation that’s a win. But I really do like the look of the Baja Boss ATs as well. Lots of good feedback in this thread, I appreciate that.

I keep hearing good things about those Yokos. I think I’ve narrowed my search down to the Toyo RT or RT trails, the Baja Boss ATs, or go the cheap route with the Deliums. The Baja Boss has been getting crazy good reviews as of late.

Toyo R/T’s on all 3. From left: 33”, 35” and 37”.

I’m honestly not sure ofthe mileage on them but the 37’s have 27K and prolly half of that is off-road. I’m sure they have a lot more life left in them, maybe even the 40K you are looking for…

That’s promising to hear, how’s the rotation regime going on them? 5k mile rotations?

Yes, every oil change on all 3 vehicles. What I really like about this tire is its performance off road. The sharp volcanic rock here in AZ just devours tires and chunks them out something awful, but these Toyos have really held up. We wheel our rigs and my main concern is a tire that will hold up to the trails; road manners are really secondary for me. But these tires have good road manners as well. Obviously, this is a personal opinion but in 40 years of wheeling Jeeps, this has been my favorite tire and worth the expense/weight.

That’s great to hear, they’re definitely on my list for sure ??
We don’t have the sharp lava rocks here in California, but the Mrs and I frequently visit AZ so we may run across that some day. Our rocks are a little smoother but there’s plenty of them out there

Very true, it can definitely chew up some tread if you’re not careful. It’s not like the pretty red rock our neighbors have ??

Posted on the no bed forums too, but I’ll ask around here.

Like the title says, I’m looking for new 37s that will last. I drive 24k miles a year and don’t want to replace them every 16 months. I also wheel my rig and I like to play on the rocks. Looking for owners who have driven over 40k miles on their tires. Pictures of said tires at said mileage would be great too ??

Also, not looking for KO2s, I don’t have great experience with them in the past, and I’m looking for a 37” tire. KO2s are a little too small for my likings. There’s tons of sites out there that say brand X tires last the longest, but I’m looking for real world results. I’m not opposed to All Terrains as I would assume they last longer than MTs anyways, but they’ve got to hold up when rock crawling.
I'm running Nito trail recon. I had 40 on the Nito ridge grappler and they cupped out

I think the Nitto Trail Recon and the Toyo Open Country RT Trail are virtually the same tire now. How do you like the Trail Recons?
