PCM cloning in Seattle/Wenatchee, WA area

I've tried multiple dealers in multiple cities. Nobody will clone my "spare" PCM. Yes I searched the forums...
Does anyone know of any dealer in the Seattle area or Wenatchee area that will clone an Ecodiesel PCM? I really want to send mine off to MRTuning in Quebec but am not really excited about sending BOTH off to him. Same issue with EOC. I don't have time to run up there and have it done at their shop.

or call around to a few independent repair shops and ask who they use to reflash replacement ECU's. There is usually a mobile ecu guy that shops can call when they have to replace a damaged ECU.

I don't have a Win 10 laptop. All the China cloning tools i researched were NLA. That info was from 2023.

Funny I just search aliexpress for SM2 PRO 1.20 and they are there for sale.

I have used win 10 and it's fine, you can also buy a old laptop and install win 7..

there are options, but most involve elbow grease or patients or self learning.

I looked at these last year and the small print details in regards to applicability made me turn away. By the time I find a used win 7 or 11 laptop and get all the shit what's the point? I found two guys local to me but they were suspect and wanted over $800 to do it. It's not as easy as everyone says when you live in a no fun zone like the Seattle area. "Do it yourself. Get the tools. Go to a dealer". Trust me. I wish it was this simple. I've chased all the suggestions already. I'm just trying to find a dealer or someone local to me that can cloneI guess. If morning l nobody knows of anywhere I guess I''ll just bite the bullet and send it off.
