I disagree. Every clayton lift I’ve seen on a gladiator with weight in the bed sags. This has a solution I promise. I say that as someone with the same components, and I maintain a very healthy rake. It levels out a bit under full load and when towing, but has never sagged in more than a year and 20k miles of heavy use.
Just curious, when you had this issue on your jeep with Clayton springs, were they the HD rear springs? Did you have to purchase 4.5 rear and 3.5 front as with your current setup to level the truck with your static load?

The only clayton part on my Jeep is my rear track bar. I’ve never had a clayton lift. IMO they market to those who want the most articulation possible without going coil over. I’m not interested in the problems associated with that approach as I also use mine as a tow vehicle and daily driver. I specifically chose a JKS base with Steersmarts to achieve a great road handling Jeep on 37’s, that can also tackle things like the rubicon. I’ll never be the one measuring my flex on a fork lift. It wasn’t the goal I was trying to reach. I wanted enough ground clearance and articulation to handle 10 rated trails; but wanted to then hook up my trailer and drive back whatever distance from home without issue. And I wanted no sag. JKS and BDS do that very well. The BDS rear spring solution is created before clayton came out with their hd springs to my knowledge. Sorry for the miscommunication. Mine has never had an issue whatsoever. And since the OP and I share the same setup for the most part, I’m trying to help find the solution. Choosing a different vendor 5 minutes after his lift was installed is not probably the approach they’re looking for.

Hit up Dobinson for a set of their HD springs.

Understood, I thought you had done Clayton originally and switched. Long as it's made in the right country , all good ;)

Coming from a guy that's been the Clayton route and now the Synergy Mfg spring route here's my 2 cents... I carry a constant 600-700lb load

Short Story:
1) I started with Clayton 2.5" fronts and 3.5" rears = level stance, maybe 1/4" rake. I had this before Clayton released their HD springs so I can't comment on those
2) I now have Synergy 3" front and rear springs with a Daystar 3/4" rear spacer = 1/2" rake currently

The Clayton springs were slightly too firm for my taste. The Synergy Mfg springs build in about a 1.5" rake and handle a load very well. I added the Daystar 3/4" spacer to ensure I maintained a slight rake or level stance when fully kitted. I find the Synergy Mfg springs more compliant.

Long Story:
1) follow this link to all the info = https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...grade-or-none-of-the-above.66997/post-1099242
2) AEV offers HD coils which I hear are amazing
3) Dobinsons offers several coil rate springs to get you taken care of as well
4) Accuair is a new $7k offering with auto-leveling

Flat ground measured: 27.5 in front/26.5 in back
May I ask where you are measuring from? Maybe I missed it. I'd recommend taking measurements at the pinch seam front and rear to see how level you are. Rubi fenders sit higher in front as I'm sure you are aware... sometimes it makes the rake look "off". You don't look that bad from the photo.

I agree. It’s always hard to tell, but it appears to be downhill on the rear end slightly. That would put it pretty close to level. But having the same spring setup on mine, and knowing that his drawers are empty, I’d still expect more of a rake.

Whelp, here she is as she sits: JKS 3” jspec, Fox IPFs, BDS rear heavy spring, and my VKS sliders ?

All I have in back is empty Decked drawers, fridge/cage, rack, and tent. Picture is in as level ground as I could find. I’m taking recommendations for rear spacers now and a tad unhappy it’s sitting as such, but it is what it is. I thought the front will settle some, especially with bumper/winch once added, but the entire bed, etc is empty and I’m starting off at -1 ride. 1-2” spacers, thoughts?

Looks like mine at the beginning with Clayton 2.5" (first photo). Then switched to Dobinson 3" extreme duty (2nd photo). Chose the 3" Dobinson since peeps claim Clayton 2.5" is more like 3". Worked out pretty well. Rides better too. Photos are not at the best angle but I think we can see the difference. I run a constant 500lbs or so, maybe even 600lbs.

I went with airbags for my Mojave as well. I don't carry all my camping stuff year round so I didn't want a higher spring rate when I was down 4-500 lbs or so.

Once I loaded up I leveled it out with the bags and they stay inflated on road or off. I only drop them down to few psi once I unload.

If you are carrying a consistent load all the time, it probably makes more sense to get the right spring setup though.

The airbags are easy and cheap though if you need a quick solution.

I used the Airlift bags for a little over $100.
I had replaced my reflectors with an aluminum plate for backup lights so I just ran the tubing there and put in the Schrader valves.

What rear spring# of theirs you running? I’m going to start with a spacer first I think, 2” or so. I’ll see how it does and get her new spring info till then. On my GX460 I ran the Dobs 749v and still sagged and she was heavy with the LRA tank and Bush Co tent. Had spacers too; still not it. Eventually got turned on to the OME2899s, a 800-1000# rated spring, and golden. That was the third try at it lol, try and try again right ?
