I THink wants it to be a rich guys play thing so he can drive it down to the shore and show off his boy toy. If we all get one too it won’t make him special. He might even need a safe space of an emotional support animal to help him get over it. Good thing he live simply in NY where big government can protect him.

I won’t go so far as as to presume his motivation. I’m merely going off of what he himself has stated thus far. Respectfully, I think he is wrong.

I haven’t seen any indication that Jeep is releasing this as an entryway into the niche luxury vehicle market currently inhabited by the likes of Range Rovers, Hummer, etc. I believe it is what they said it is. Their entry into the mid sized truck market. You can’t compete in that market with premium luxury vehicle prices....

The price of the JT has almost nothing to do with the price of the Grand Cherokee. You are overthinking it.

The JT is not worth $5K over the price of the JLU. There is a very limited amount of people that will pay such a high price for a truck the size of the JT.

No ire here. I’m neither trying to insight it or suffering from it. Just merely commenting on what I’ve observed from his posts. He truly seems to believe it.

Having said that, it’s his opinion and he’s entitled to it. On the other hand others are entitled to believe and state otherwise as well. That’s why these things are called forums. A place for an exchange of ideas.

I understand that but the Rebel is not a fully loaded Ram 1500, they have a decent amount of options but not all. Plus with the new 2019 Rebel Fully loaded you are not getting anywhere close to $41k

What options are in a fully loaded ram then? I'm speaking about the 17-18s, not the new ones. I think I only don't have leather, cooled seats and ram boxes. I have a sunroof, nav, alpine system.

I know the new ones have the 19 speaker HK system and that massive 12" screen.
