Post your 2020 JT Gladiator build status

I ordered on June 10th.
Had a VON and a VIN assigned June 11.
Was in D status June 17.
Was in D1 status June 21.
F (paint) status June 27.
KZ status June 28.
Window sticker assigned on July 2.
Per Jeep chat on July 7 my Jeep is on a train to FL with an ETA of 7/11.

Received word from my dealer 2 days ago that my Gladiator has been offloaded from the train in Orlando and is now waiting for a semi to transport to the dealership. He expects by the end of the month.

Received word from my dealer 2 days ago that my Gladiator has been offloaded from the train in Orlando and is now waiting for a semi to transport to the dealership. He expects by the end of the month.

Dealer sent me an email and a text today (July 18) informing me that my Firecracker Red Rubicon has arrived at his dealership. So my Gladiator was built and delivered in a little over 5 weeks. Now I just need a day off to go pick it up.

Yeah, unfortunately that's basically what the Ordering section of the forum is, people complaining about being stuck in __ status for X days. I mean, just look at the titles that continue to be on the first page week after week: "Post your 2020 JT Gladiator build status", "New Poll - who is stuck in status “D”", "Stuck in JB Hell?", "Stuck in KZ Status", or even the ones that are mostly complaining about delivery dates/stuck in various status states: "Sting grey owners (future) check in", "First Granite Crystal VIN# Post Here", "Manual Transmission Club". Everyone is stuck in their own version of hell (until they move to the next status code and get stuck there). Some people get "stuck" for 2 days and complain and others stuck much longer. Some escalate and file a complaint to Jeep after 30 days. In the end, none of this changes anything and Jeep will deliver these when they are damn ready to, and continue to give false updates along the way. Customer service is not a priority with Jeep.

What I have seen on this forum, is once the lucky folks actually get their JTs delivered, they disappear from the Ordering section of the forum. Some still hang out in other sections, but most basically stop posting because they are out enjoying their Gladiators. The ones left hanging by Jeep remain here, in one or more of the threads above, hoping someday they will get theirs delivered.

Very true observations. Jeep will deliver your Jeep when they get ready not before but maybe a little after. Everyone needs to try to keep their spirits up and know that eventually theirs will come in.

I have to admit, I made a few friends in the forum, at least others who know your pain. I have been checking back in to see if they have finally gotten theirs. We have to share the pain and the joy.

It took Jeep ten weeks from my order date to put mine in my driveway. When you think about it, that is not really a very long time when you consider all the moving parts. Our hearts do go out to the LE owners who are still waiting but in the end most of everyone here gets the vehicle they always wanted and continue on down the road.

Try your best to stay patient, all the good stuff is coming over the horizon.

I got a call from my dealer today. They went ahead and put in a clone order of my truck. So now I have one in KZ for 35 days on a rail car at the plant and one ordered yesterday sitting in D.

They have been checking on my truck for 3 weeks now and have been told very little. Basically it was caught up in the hail storm. It has passed inspection after the storm and was put on a rail car. They will not tell my dealer anything other than that. They will give no ETA so they just went ahead and ordered a clone. They said my original order may show up at any time but incase there is a issue they have a backup.

I'm a bit confused in how FCA works, Why would you be on a rail car if you live in Ohio? I can't reorder my L.E. and have been in "KZ S" status since 6/28. Jeep chat won't talk to Launch Edition buyers and the Concierge said they would look into it last Monday 7/15. They were to get back to me the next day. (not the next day yet I guess). Per Google I am 51.9 miles away from the plant and dealer is 50.7 miles down I-75. I hope I'm not on a rail car! I would tag @JeepCares but I'm sure they have no way to help.

I moved to D1 yesterday with a projected ship date of 08/07. Ordered on 06/06, so 48 days in D. It's good news, but my 2017 PW took five weeks to get to the dealership, so I'm not clearing out the garage just yet.
