I'm in the same boat. I ask chat where it is at they say shipped no eta. Dealer checks and its parked in a quality hold audit. The chat guys are only allowed to tell you the first two digits. Mine has been in the quality audit for almost 2 weeks now.

Yep - sounds like the same crap I am getting. I have had ONE chat person tell me the full code and it was KZ S yesterday. This morning they told me its been sitting in that "mode of transit" for 8 days now. Dealer says it should still be here next week....who knows.

They really leave much to be desired with this portion of the deal! I asked if I could fly down and pick mine up. They said no which seems silly - other auto mfg's let you do this AND it saves them money.

I bet it flys through G - I went through EFG all the way to JB in like 2 days. Just to sit in KZ for two weeks!

Checked with the chat group last night and was told in KZ status with no ETA at this time. Just got a call from my dealer who said the unit came in late last night. Picking it up tomorrow. Time to unpack the Mopar lift kit box!!!

What other manufactures in the USA allow factory pickup besides a few boutique models like the Corvette and now defunct Viper that you still paid extra for the privileged anyways?
