Yea, what I was worrying a bit about is there a chance that an order could really be just the dealer first showroom order, that happens to be a an LE and that we could lose it if someone wants to pay a premium for it.
When searching the internet regarding build priority, what I have seen is that build priority 99 is a dealer sold order and build priority 1 is a customer sold older. I don’t know if that is a big deal since probably half of the confirmation sheets I saw said build priority 99. While they still had the customer info listed. I looked back and saw you were build priority 99 so I’m thinking this could be it.

Actually the more I search the internet on it, the more reasons I see. The internet has build priority 99 meaning either employee order, dealer stock order, or saying it means you are in the back of the line. But others say it means you are at the front of the line. So who knows. But I do bet that code is what drove the support person to say that.

Well I ordered it personally and I signed a buyer's order.

Did you contact the dealer you bought from? Ask to see the build sheet indicating status BX and priority 1?

Another option is check back on chat with another person. Sounds like some people are more helpful than others.

I just got off the phone with my regional FCA Rep. They are just beginning to perform checks & balances on the LE orders. He asked me for names of all those I placed an order for. It seems many dealers received duplicate leads on the same customer (ie: We received 3 leads for the same customer). What does this mean? The "sell out" of LE Gladiators may not have happened! All LE's we have ordered at my store have been moved to BX Status (Unscheduled- Good Order Available for Scheduling). I asked him about that & he stated as long as they have moved from BG (Bad order) or BA (Unscheduled- Pending Order) we are good to go so far. They (FCA) still need to make sure those that have been ordered match up to the LE Website hand raiser information (Name & email provided by the customer on the LE website).

Any additional information provided to us will be passed along.

So I've checked the status of my vehicle through the online chat a few times now and I never have had any issues but today they are saying this

I do apologize Skyler, I don't see this as a customer order, I see it is a dealer order. I would have to refer you to your sales person for updates.

What does this mean?
They didn’t put your name on the order?

I'm not really sure what is going on. I have confirmed through the chat that my order is BX and when I left the dealer the POC was priority 99. I tried chatting with two people and both told me the same thing as mentioned above.

Pretty much what I told the guy who said he regretted not ordering the LE.

So a bit of an update. I contacted FCA again and this time they told me it was BX and I asked them specifically if my name was on the order and what build priority it was. They told me my name was not on the order and it was priority 99. They recommended me to contact the dealer to have this fixed.

 makes me angry. I guess it's a good thing at least I know what I am doing.

BG? I'm not sure that is a good status... this is what I think that means:
BG – order has passes edit but cannot be scheduled regardless of sold status

I'm curious if any orders for the LE have gone through and to BX status for people who placed their orders at dealers but never actually placed an order on-line for the LE, on the launch date? Considering all the random scenarios happening with this launch, FCA is dealing with, including; People placing orders online but never answering their concierge call, people placing multiple orders on-line but only actually ordering one, people backing out altogether, etc. Considering any unsold LEs of the 4190 will just end up on dealer lots anyway.

I just got off chat with FCA Customer Service. They specifically said BX and BG "are the same".

Crystal (4/11/2019, 10:30:26 AM): VON: 43614403 VIN: Not assigned yet
ORDERING CUSTOMER NAME: AARON xxxxxxxxx
Thank you for your patience and providing me with your information while I have found your vehicles status, at this time your status is currently in the same stage I would advise contacting back next week or two and we should have an update for you.
Me (4/11/2019, 10:30:44 AM): BX still?
Me (4/11/2019, 10:31:10 AM): I am just excited and impatient. :)
Crystal (4/11/2019, 10:31:16 AM): You are now in BG Status. (Which is the same)
Me (4/11/2019, 10:31:36 AM): No difference between BX and BG?
Crystal (4/11/2019, 10:32:06 AM): correct/
