I started to make a pretty clever, “inspirational”, emotional, video about my Cowboy grandad’s Gladiator... and his own personal “Gladiator” ethos... then, as I was scrambling to make time to write, shoot, and edit, by submission date... it occurred to me, they don’t want a clever video from a crusty old Cowboy about his crustier ol’ Cowboy Grampa... they want an “inspirational” video by a millennial “overlander” so they can use it to appeal to the overlanding market, and sell more Gladiators! Duh! ;{

Ya know, I was ponderin’ why the big delay on LE’s... waiting for the paint didn’t make sense to me... (except for their stupid “Late Availability” marketing ploys) then it occurred to me, the leather wrapped, Rubi stitched, dash is included in the LE package... now that might be a labor intensive, time consuming, project! One they normally only do for Saharas, (Overlanders), and then, I think it’s still an option... so the percentage of leather dashes produced, in normal production, might be fairly low? Cranking out 4190 might be a task worthy of doing a specific LE run, once the 41 hundred leather dashes were ready!
I figure it will go to someone in the military for sure. Can’t compete with that. So I just explained how for the past 20 plus years I have owned 7 Jeeps.. get a Jeep, love it, pimp it out, 2 -3 years later, need a truck. Sell Jeep, buy truck, 2-3 years later, missing the Jeep so sell truck and buy another Jeep. Wash rinse repeat.. no joke. So the Gladiator is the fuc&$ng solution to my life equation!!

all my life i have loved jeeps. my first jeep was a 89 jeep commanche red....mannual everything. then i get a 93 red jeep wrangler ....my baby for years until i had kids.....flash forward my kids are grown and i buy a 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited sahara Red (mid-life crisis
...but i always wanted a truck. being a horse woman and always wanting a truck I now have the best of both worlds- its a jruck...jeep truck all mushed into one pretty awesome package!!!
