I have but they said its esentially the estimated travel time and has no bearing on when it will actually arrive. Ours isn't going rail, by truck the entire trip. Which further confuses me as to why it has not delivered.
I would just make him tell you the date it says. He works for you. Not the other way around lol And it can update daily. It'll shift closer or further out.

Yeah I email them daily to check in - they don't do a good job proactively updating me.

I would ask for the sales manager at the dealer, they can tell you where it's at. 14 days, it's probably sitting in the yard waiting to be picked up. The dealer can see if a trucking carrier has been assigned yet and if it has they can see whether a scheduled pickup date has been scheduled or not.

Yeah - I work with the GM/part owner of the dealership and he told me tonight that he had his new car manager call in and they told him to just watch the status in their system that any updates will come in there.

Email this morning from dealership. My truck is in Iowa, should be here next week. what about that guarantee again?
Haven't heard back - did your truck make it to the dealer yet?

I am at day 14 in KZ "shipped with no ETA to dealer". Dealer knows nothing and FCA knows nothing.

kz doesn't mean shipped. its the shipping phase. it could still be in toledo. You need the rest of the digits to get a better idea of where its at. jeep chat won't fork those digits over. The dealer should be able to see them. Mine has been in KZOA for awhile now. You need to know what your KZ _ _ code is.

Yes, I am familiar with the KZ codes. I have been in KZ S for 14 days.

We are still in OH.

Lucky man! Im stuck in KZ hell. Still sitting in OH.

Dealer claims they "put a call in to the rep today".

Starting to lose excitement about the deal.

Keep the faith, man. I was losing excitement going from D1 to D to C and back and forth for weeks. Then I got word it was being built. It all came back. Then sat in JS for a while and was bummed, then shipped, now near. You'll get an update soon, I'm sure. Your next update may even be the dealer saying it arrived.

I wish - when I talked to the dealer today he said it was still sitting in Ohio.....so unless their system is wrong we are probably weeks out. They had my lift scheduled for the 16th promising it would be in by then and I am seriously doubting that it will be here. Worse part is they are weeks out for the next available slot to get the lift installed.

I was super lucky through the build process - never hit a single delay but paying for it ten fold now. I appreciate the pep talk ….. at this point I have considered cancelling and lifting my 2018 Rebel and swapping my 35's to the 37's I have sitting in the garage. This makes my 6th Jeep so I hate to give up on it …. just super bitter about it right now, ha-ha.

Anyhow, glad to hear yours is near. What are you plans for it? Anything immediate?

Nothing major short term. Basically cosmetic till I pay it off, which I'm hoping by April. Got some rubicon replacement decals, a leveling kit and gonna change all the red trim to orange. After its paid for I'll start putting what were car payments towards a metalcloak lift, rims/tires...probably an ADD front bumper with a warn winch. But that's down the road. Oh, I've also got an exhaust pre ordered (heard about difficulties with the manual since the engine is so quiet) and will probably get an ACE upper decker for myself for christmas...lol

Nice - make sure to post some pictures of your progress! You will have it paid for by the time I get mine!
