Considering a 2020 Gladiator with 60k miles. Jeep certified pre owned. Going to look at it tomorrow. 1 owner vehicle. Looks like the cams were done at 9k miles as well as both batteries around 50k. Looks like all the maintenance was done as it should be. Would this be reliable as a daily? Be trading my Silverado 1500 for it.

I have 2 gladys and have never had an issue. I'd say they're pretty reliable

Its a mojave. I'm wondering if the shocks will be on the way out? Easy way to tell? Bouncy ride?

I guess it depends on your finances and how much they want for it. I’d pass with 60k miles personally

Ended up ponying up for a 2022 with 40k. Got the warranty so I feel better about it.

A 1500 Silverado tows a lot better than the Gladiator. Coming from a Silverado you won't like it. I haven't had a 1500 for some time now so I'm recalling from memory. I never though twice about towing a vehicle in my 1/2 ton Silverado. I did tow a small car a couple of times with the Gladiator. The RPMs were high most of the time going through hilly terrain. It got the job done but I would choose the Gladiator to tow anything heavy.

I'm not looking to dump my 2020 Gladiator any time soon. I'm at about the same mileage. Just a rear window leak and an induced radio failure( software update bricked it). Everything else is working great.

Makes sense. Fortunately I won't be towing anymore. I had a boat but no longer.

It's hard to compare a full size truck to a Gladiator. I've owned a dozen silverados and loved them. But the Gladiator is more of a wrangler with a truck bed. It's gonna ride rougher, it's not going to tow as much or as well. But that's not why people buy Gladiators, they're a fun and sporty truck that's also a convertible. I just traded a beautiful 2021 AT4 lifted on 35s with a 6.2L 420 hp for my used Gladiator sport in August. Is the Gladiator better than my AT4? Hell no. But I didn't expect it to be. Enjoy your Mojave!

I am already enjoying it!! I think it rides just fine! It's certainly different! It's not as bad as some youtubers made it sound!!

Everyone told me I was going to hate the ride of a Gladiator. "it's spine jarring!", "Worst riding vehicle I've been in!" I can't speak for all trims, but the Mojave and the Rubi ride just fine to me, in fact, the Mojave was too soft for my liking. And my back is not the greatest after 18 years in the Army.

I traded a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro for my Rubicon and everyone told me I was crazy. I couldn't be happier.

People Work?
Did you get a Mojave?
My 21 Mojave rode better than my 24 Canyon Denali, but of course the Canyon handles much better.
I believe the general consensus on the Mojave shocks was that they'd need rebuilding around 55-60k miles, so you should be OK for a while on that.
