Don't forget the 5.7 header leak, it's such a monster power just leaks out of the nooks and crannies...The short of it, the Hemi is probably just as 'unreliable' as the Pentastar thanks to its MDS system. Eats lifters and sometimes cams. Just like Chevrolet LS and LT motors as well.
Ah yes. So bad that a diesel parts company designed an entirely new casting to try and prevent the issue from happening again.Don't forget the 5.7 header leak, it's such a monster power just leaks out of the nooks and crannies...
Agree........The short of it, the Hemi is probably just as 'unreliable' as the Pentastar thanks to its MDS system. Eats lifters and sometimes cams. Just like Chevrolet LS and LT motors as well.
Unfortunately, you may have been misinformed. A factory equipped V8 JT Gladiator doesn't currently exist. Thanks for your comment. I am asking about OEM V8's. They seem to be rare but I assume it was a choice when ordering a new Gladiator?
If you read any of the threads involving the JT and a V8, one of the largest complaints is that it has never been an option. Thanks for your comment. I am asking about OEM V8's. They seem to be rare but I assume it was a choice when ordering a new Gladiator?
