I don't pretend to understand these new fangled non-greaseable chassis points in the front but I now know they loosen up over time.
I remember when I drove off the lot in the fall of '19 thinking how tight the suspension feels and how far Jeep has come from the TJ.
Last few months, maybe even year I started to notice it felt more and more like the old TJ. Loosey goosey. Then something started rattling in the front end last week. The drag link connector to the passenger wheel hub was down-right loose!
Read on several JL forums people found lots loose up front even from the factory so I went over the whole front end and sure enough, many of the nuts needed to be brought up to torque spec. I'm at 33k on the odo.
Drives tight as the Eagles offense now (Go Birds!) Highway driving is SOOOO much better.
Tighten your front ends, peeps!
