For what its worth, just placed two orders with Quadratec.

First ordered lugs and a tazer mini on the 18th of August. Received an email confirmation that day within a few minutes. Received a shipping notification email on the 19th. Received today on the 20th all in good shape.

My second order was placed the 17th and is a wheel/tire mount combo that is still in 'warehouse processing' status on the site. I only received a notification email that the items will be shipped via freight, but no email that detailed the items/pricing etc. The order does appear in my account on their site with that information though.

All of this seems pretty reasonable to me so far - I wouldn't expect next day shipping or anything crazy for wheels/tires with mounting. I'll keep you posted on the quality of the mount/balance when they do arrive...

Anyone order from this site? I ordered a bumper over a week ago and it's not moving at all. They never responded to my email. I've ordered from just for jeeps, 4wd parts etc and always ships within 2 days max.
They are a good company. just backed up dealing with COVID issues. You have to have patience, or forget it.

I got it a few days ago in great condition. It still would of been nice to get a tracking number though.
I always just watch my orders on their web, when it ships they post a tracking link.

I have found better service and communication from Extreme Terrain and Northridge4x4 but have ordered more stuff off of Quadratec just because of selection (before I was aware of NR4x4). Quadratec almost never has the lowest price. I almost always look for manufacturer part number on their page and google it before purchasing - if it is cheaper on ET, NR4x4, or manf. website, I’ll go that route.

...Not trying to imply Quadratec sucks but also not trying to make excuses for them. Their communication after order is less than ideal for sure... but it’s weird times so I’ll give benefit of the doubt. You don’t stay in business 30 years by completely sucking!

Agreed. Ordered some cowl lights on 8/7 and they still haven't shipped. I'm about ready to cancel the order. Other than selling items not in stock and not advising their customers of this at time of order, I think they have potential to be a good source for aftermarket accessories. I really like their informative install videos. Shame they can't manage their inventory issues.

Wheels/tire package arrived today, so 1 week after placing the order. Here's a quick photo of the balancing job on one of them.

Hopefully they balanced better than the ones I recieved. I was initially looking at death wobble solutions it was that bad. When I had the rebalance done they had to remove the weights and move the location as well as add weights to both sides of the inner wheel.
Quadratec is a good company but in order to stay alive in this covid internet ordering world the customer service needs to be on it.
I am actually very happy to hear someone recieved an order in a timely manner and is happy with the service. Quadratec has the best website for searching items and has everything from bottom to top end parts. I still look at their website daily for parts but based on my issue if I place another order I know what to expect.

Not a rant but when website shows wheels, tires, and TPMS all on hand and says available to ship today if ordered in next 2 hours only to find out that really means 5 days or more to mount= not so happy customer.

I orders some DV8 fenders and smittybilt bumper and got them within 2 weeks. They even replied to my email within 24 hrs.

Hooke Road is another story. I git their "Since 1941" inner fenders and installation was a PITA! A few holes on the driverside didn't line up, a bolt on the frame prevents it from sitting flush (like a notch is missing) and the hardware was a joke. The washer provided were smaller than the holes so they just slipped right through!

This is bringing up an old thread but do you have pictures of the DV8 fenders? Also, what are your thoughts on them?

I ordered a Zeon 10-S multi-mount kit from quadratec and received the normal winch (without carrier and extra wiring) instead. I opened a service ticket and they told me the winch was worth more than the kit and I needed to pay them extra if I wanted to keep it. I'm going to try another vender for my next order.
