Hi there, I have a 21 JTRD with 2” Mopar lift, and 3/4” spacer up front.

I bought some daystar 3/4” spacers for the rear, but am curious if I should consider a carrier bearing drop kit with this as well.

the reason I want to add 3/4” to the rear is I added an ARE topper and lost some of the rake I had (which is important when I tow my camper)

thoughts?

i did a ton of research on the mopar lift.
the video i posted in this thread, the guy went super ocd about it. I plan to do what he did and perhaps some other things mentioned in the thread. Instead of spacers maybe do what he did, seems his setup is pretty bullet proof.

I too installed the Rock Jock carrier bearing spacer as a preventative measure. Inexpensive and super simple to install.
I just have the Mopar 2" lift, no additional spacers. My local shop actually recommended against adding a spacer up front since the lift kit shocks were engineered to work the best at the height the lift yielded.

Have you considered restoring the rake
by removing the 3/4 spacer from the front.
I removed the one installed by the PO.
I would agree with this

The 3/4” spacer on the front of the ecodiesel makes a pretty big impact…

long story short on the ecodiesel, upstroke is 1.25 inches less than the pentastar. This is due to the bump stop tubes being longer on the ecodiesel to prevent axle/oil pan interference.

without the spacer I would still bottom out more than I wanted in particular on road and off road situations.

having that 3/4” spacer yields a bit more upstroke, and has reduced bottoming out a ton.

the stock rubicon suspension on the 21 ecodiesels was awful because of this…

Ahh, glossed over the part that you have an ecodiesel. Heavier than the 3.6 for sure

Have you measured the pinch seam to ground at the front of the cab, and the rear??
Rubicon fenders cause quite the allusion. I also have a jtrd with a canopy and decked system & Mopar lift. 1.5” spacer up front and 3/4 rear….And the truck is dead on level. The front fender height makes it look high up front- but it isn’t… just food for thought or if your board and want to grab a tape measure ;) :)

I added the rockjock spacer a couple months after the lift and noticed no difference. (Did not have vibration or noise from the angle… just added it because the internet recommended it… didn’t notice a difference ??‍♂)

adding the .75 to the rear will add more rake back in and match the factory rake… the Mopar lift is not like aftermarket lifts in that it levels the truck while lifting.

Greetings, I have a 2023 JT Sport. Am looking into getting the Mopar 2 inch kit. I'm getting the kit with Fox shocks, fox steering stabilizer, JKS front and rear adjustable track bars. Is the is the drive shaft carrier bearing drop kit a strong suggestion?
Thanks.
