This is great but now I'm confused.

When comparing to the CAD image I don't see front engine bay vent...nor do I see the tank filler in the right location… the bed just seems shorter to me…and I haven't seen the tiedowns that are shown in this image.

Is this speculation or piecing together elements that we've definitely seen?

The base of this image has been around for quite some time. While gjeepguy fixed the issue of the bed and cab being separate pieces all of your observations are likely correct. We don’t know for sure, but I would bet there is plenty about this rendered image that will change.

I would put money on the JT having the vents just like the JL. I don't see Jeep going backward in design with the JT. Not so sure about the takedowns. I think they would look cool and be very functional.

I would like to see a 4-door in black with a set of Triple Double roll bars on it and a lift with 35 inch tires. Bet it would look awesome.

How about this... added the vents and also modified the fuel filler door/hole.

I really hope the bed ends up like this, the more I think about it. Tie downs on the edges gives it a rough look that just emphasizes the military vibes. If this truck is being designed as a "lifestyle vehicle" these are the kinds of unique design decisions that need to be made.

Again, just my opinion.

Nice. Can you make the top panels all black so we can envision non-painted hardtop and soft top too? :D

Are they just offering the 3.6 V-6 and the 2.0 diesel in these? I wonder if Trail Jeeps could do a Hemi swap in one?

From what we know the engine options are the 3.6L Pentastar V6 and the 3.0 Ecodiesel. The 3.6L BSG is reportedly coming as well likely as a late availability after initial release.

I was just wondering, when your JT comes to the lot and you go to pick it up.....will it be wrapped in black plastic like the pictures have them hum?
