Finally swapped out my Jeep key fob for the replacement! It’s fits much better in my pocket.

Went from my model M to the model S. I like the camo but the pink piece that attaches to the key ring is absolutely horrible not sure why it’s that color but it should either be camo or black . Driving me nuts so I’m swapping back. Having the stock buttons was nice though.

Certainly a weird design on the loop. Black sharpie could be a quick and easy fix.

Tried it. Rubs off from the other keys/key ring. Had the same thought though haha

That’s their version of red or something. Looks like they tried to match the res button but my own fob from them I asked for orange and it came red. So they should have just stuck with black for the loop.

My suggestion is to make it look factory with a Jeep logo on it just much smaller. I have the AJT but it looks more like an old school alarm system remote than a modern Jeep key. I would be in for one if the key is functional, it’s smaller and looks factory. I also agree to make it work in the center of the cup holders.
IDK if you can use a Jeep logo without running afoul of Jeep's lawyers. They are very litigious. Maybe a 4WD or mountain range symbol could work.

@19Comanche86 Thanks for the feedback, I sent you a message. The key ring was intended to be red (inspired by remove before flight tag) but I understand the shade of red can come across pink. It's a limitation with CMYK printing. Pink certainly wasn't the intention, not that there is anything wrong with pink. I actually like the contrast but everyone is different. We will change the design of the S to eliminate the colored ring.

We have also been working on a built-in key version (S+), this built-in key idea has been a study of feasibility but it appears that we can make it work. We'll see where it goes.

The S+, colored icons for the M and M+, and other options are being done just as soon as possible. This remains a passion project, I am not in the business of making keyfob housings, it just so happens I have equipment that can. So thank you for your patience. We'll be sharing updates on the Mythreedom FB page.

haha, just use your 'orange' color...er...'pumpkin' to get red...ask me how i know lol ;)

i could care less, just wanted bright so when it hits the ground it's easy to spot, most aren't that relaxed about color though, now we all know how to get red...order pumpkin color haha

not sure why guys want the key attached to the remote?, it's nice locking your internals up and handing the fob over to the dealer (installer or even someone borrowing your ride) and knowing the stuff in the console, glovebox, and behind the seats is locked up and the key is still in your pocket

Any idea when the water resistant model might be available?

Hell, they come after a sign maker for selling things with the AMC logo and name and MOPAR hasn't used anything AMC since, well, about 1990. Yet they still sent him cease and desist letters demanding he stop selling battery toppers that said AMC on them and certain other things. Who gives a rip, MOPAR raped and pillaged that company decades ago and still they protect the name and logo of a defunct company they dismantled so they could have Jeep.
Beware of mama MOPAR's attorneys.

Quick review. Just changed out Key Fob to a Model M & Micro key holder. Easy mod. Way smaller and lighter than factory fob. Also less imprint inside my pocket. 1st purchase of a 3D printed item. Two thumbs-up to THREEDOM.
