Received mailed notice from FCA US LLC (Stellantis) and called their 'Assistance Center 1800 853-1403. They offered to contact dealership near me to set up appointment for replacement work. 2 hours later, they called back to say, 'ahhh, you'll have to call dealership yourself. Apparently my local dealership was without parts, without interest to service or something else. Was told to use MOPAR's Dealer locater to hunt for a dealer who has the replacement part(s) and would take my appointment.
I asked for list of part(s) & part #s involved in this recall replacement - he didn't know and couldn't find out for me.
