Was wondering if anyone has replaced your stock Gladiator front seats with seats from a Jeep Cherokee KL(2014-2023)? My wife has a '22 Cherokee Trailhawk and it has the most comfortable seats. If there was a way to switch out some Cherokee seats into my Mojave, I'd love to do it.

Assuming they physically fit in the cab, yes...

When I went to the PNW Overland Expo last year Scheel-mann USA was there, they make some very nice aftermarket seats that many people in the Landcruiser world use to replace their worn stock seats.

They had installed them in JLs and JTs, it requires an interlock bypass for the airbag, so prepare for lots of opinions on that. I cant help beyond saying that the seats can be replaced and it has been done. I never researched further. I don't find my JTM seats all that comfortable.

Old school you just went to the junkyard, picked some seats you liked, and drilled new holes!

No, but that would be cool... When I signed up it said "vehicles" with an S, but I only have the one Jeep so I listed all 4 wheeled street legal vehicles!

I guess I'm showing my ignorance of some modern tech stuff, but when I saw that you mentioned air bags in seats, I thought to myself, "Self, when I sit in my seat I already have two air bags (also called butt cheeks) already inflated. I guess the air bags protect other parts???

I may be mistaken but Im pretty certain all models have side airbags in the front seats. The JT was a little behind the curve on airbags at one point, some of the earlier models didnt have curtain bags I believe.

If you look under your seat and see a yellow connector that'll tell you if you do.

Side air bags in the seats have been there from day one on the JL and JT. Side curtain airbags were part of the ‘24 refresh.

I know mine has them. The burst seams were one of the first things I noticed when I opened the door.

I am not 100% positive but dont think that is accurate of course I could be wrong also. Because there is literally nothing that indicates as such on my seats . I would rip em out and get aftermarkets if it wouldn't set off a 1000 lights. On the topic of seats I have always felt that stellantis totally failed . 2 reasons the front doesn't go up and down and they dont go back far enough.
