Since they have started rolling out the 2024s, does anyone know if you can purchase the new power seats and how tough would they be to install?

I'm interested in this myself. I'm guessing at a minimum you need the power seat base and side trim with switches. Also will need power to it too.

I am curious as well. Might be worth the money at some point.

Not trying to be a wise guy, but I never understood the desire for power seats unless maybe you have multiple drivers in and out all the time. I adjusted the seat when I bought it and haven't touched it since.
I don't think there's an option for memory settings, (ie. profiles for different drivers). So, you'd just be waiting around for the seat to move around electrically anyway. I think you can set yourself up faster manually.

Nevertheless, good luck to whoever accepts the challenge!

I know nothing about these specific power seats but generally speaking power seats allow for more adjustments and more granular adjustments than manual seats. For some drivers, especially shorter ones, power seats allow them to achieve a proper drivers position that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to with manual seats. That’s why they were added. Lack of memory is pretty lame but for a lot of drivers, the power seats will be a big deal. Personally, I’m tall, so my seats always go all the way or almost all the way back and stay there.

For us vertically challenged folk the ability to move the seat even a little bit on a long trip makes all the difference. IOW if I tried to move a manual seat it can be dangerous but electric I can tap the switch and take pressure off my legs or at least change where the pressure is. It is pretty lame there is no memory though WTF were they thinking?

The passenger seat kills my wife's back so I am hoping a more adjustable seat would be more comfortable for the long haul.
