Did you use these torque specs? I have the same miles as you and everything is tight and no noise. Get the Synergy track bar mount.

Nope, just based off the ones in the RK instructions. But seeing the ones you posted I'm going to go add some more to the rear links to frame. Thanks

@Rock Krawler Suspension will your rear JT coil seats fit other brand springs? Meaning, is the center diameter of your seats larger then the factory center diameter?

I am interested in the pro x kit with triangulated rear, but I also two a 3500 lbs patriot x2 camping trailer regularly. Anyone have any reports on towing performance/stability after installing this kit?

Makes a lot of sense, that weight transitioned the springs into the next rate and that additional spring rate will ramp up the rear end fast.
Issue resolved, I re-torqued my upper rear shock mounting bolts, seems they were not at the proper spec. I also added longer swaybar links. This even fixed my steering issue.

Has anyone done 40s with the 3" Pro-X?
It’s doable just not recommended. You need 4” of bump in the front to clear rubi fenders with minor trimming so that leaves you with little uptravel. I’m running the RK pro x but with 4.5” springs and 40s. I added rear brakelines, taller bumps (1hockey puck on each side of the front) and longer swaybar Links. Works great. Just waiting for RK 5” springs. @Rockkrawler :) I also am running EVO control arm drop brackets in the front. Made a huge difference on feeling road bumps at 28psi.

Any photos? What brand springs did you end up going with?

I went with skyjacker 4.5” spring package. The reason is the EVO 4.5” springs create a large rake being extremely high in the rear. Skyjacker coils are Properly clocked so they don’t bow and the front are 4.5” and the rear are 3”. Still a slight rake but very solid. I paired them with a Fox 2.0 shock. Not my favorite but for the money I’m happy and they ride great.

Did you also have the buy the full kit from skyjacker just for the coils? I don't see them as a standalone option, but love how yours looks! Thanks!

Skyjacker is a great company to deal with. You can buy them directly from them or any distributor. Give skyjacker a call and they will give you the part numbers for ordering. Let me know if you have issues.

My RK 3” No Limits Pro-X is going on today!!!!!
One last thought before I start wrenching.
If we’re supposed to use red loctite on the jam nuts and check torque again after about 500 miles and all has settled in, won’t it be a b!tch to retorque or give you false readings with the loctite already set?
And if you don’t use the loctite at first torque then you have to loosen the jam nuts to apply it.
Chicken or the egg?

Extended my rear swaybar links this afternoon. I was really surprised how much flex you can get out of this truck. I measured 44” under the rear tire before the front tire started lifting
