I have RSE step sliders. I didn’t use the cutout but left it in the flap.
Thanks super helpful! I will wait and install the front mud flaps until I get the sliders installed because you have to punch the holes to fit it around the rubicon sliders for some reason.

If you haven't ordered the flaps yet, you can get em without the cutout too if you know you're not using Rubi sliders.

Sadly it’s too late I should have looked into it a bit more before I did it but I think the cut out won’t be that visible

Got both sets installed tonight, was really easy and fast once I had the rear flaps assembled ready to attach to the included brackets.

Will see how they help with the road spray...have a bunch on it from before I got the mud flaps installed. I think the most road spray comes from the front but notice a fair bit on the back around the bumper.

Do you have any photos you could share of how they attached to the bracket? I recently purchased the XL Originals and the backs just will not line up for me. They are about an inch off and push on the fender on mine ( sport S )

For those of you that have these and used them off-road do they really block rocks and mud from scratching the jeep? Our wrangler took a beating with 3.5” backspaced beadlocks with 37’s. Would love to put these on our gladiators but it’s a steep price.
Thank you in advance. I did read every single post too :)

I have the front set on and they seem to do the job . I got the XL long so they bump out to account for the tire. Depending on what fenders you have I had to correspond with Rokblokz quite a bit to get the rears figured out. If you have Sport Fenders, the rear flaps don't fit properly, and they recommended I cut about an inch off the inside of the fender ( for the price I don't think you should have to cut your fenders to accommodate them when they are advertised as fitting all trim levels ). Overall, love the front ones.

For the front,s, why do people prefer the long version? Will this prevent more from hitting the side of the truck? I have overland steps and they worked well to protect the sides. But now I added spacers and 37s and the tire sticks out past the overland side steps. Looking for some side protection

We installed the XL std length on ours, front & rear. AEV Borah and 37" Nitto Muds and have no rock damage.

Has anyone requested and received the solution to fix the potential problem with the support brackets?

Email from Rokblokz:

Dear Buyer,

We want to Thank you for your purchase of our Jeep Gladiator mud flap kit.

We are constantly testing and striving to make our products the best out there, and have recently discovered that in super muddy situations there could be some issues with the weight of the mud causing the brackets to flex and potentially bend and crack (especially if your bracket is not mounted right next to the frame on the right(US Passenger) side of the vehicle, but on top of the factory support bracket). As so, we have created an easy solution to add better support to the arm that holds the flaps therefore eliminating this potential.

If you live in an area with super thick heavy mud or really only ride in the mud and are worried about or have already seen some flexing of the brackets, please reply to this email as we have developed an easy solution for that and would love help.

We hope everyone is staying safe and well during these crazy times.

Thanks!
The Rokblokz Team

My wife accidentally tossed out that oem bracket that needs to be removed to install the RokBlokz. Anyone know what that’s called so I can get a replacement in case I ever need it?
