For everyone that’s getting the whole glass frame replace is the dealer offering you and after market glass or strictly OEM/Mopar Glass?

Only OEM/Mopar. That’s all you can use for warranty.

Thanks for the information because I was confused since the dealer told me they can get it from the local glass shop sooner compare from the factory I was afraid thinking they were using aftermarket but I really want OEM

The glass shop is probably getting the OEM one as well. Someone in one of the Facebook groups ran into this where the glass shop could get an OEM window in a day or 2, whereas it took me 5 weeks to get one from the parts warehouse.

My daughters mother in law works at a glass repair company. They had a gladiator in for the leak and she said they haven’t been able to get the glass out to replace. She contacted my daughter Friday about this knowing we have a gladiator. Ours is the 2020 LE. It is kept in the garage and we never noticed a leak. Yesterday we had it out after the big snow storm and we’re out on some very slushy country roads and hit a puddle causing water to splash over the front of the truck. A while later when getting something out of the back seat we noticed the leak.

Just left the dealership and they contacted me that they are going to submit the paperwork and it might require an inspector to come up. They to haven’t had any issues with other gladiators. Noticed the issue the other week when my whole back seat was swamped. My dealership is awesome and is why I do the hour drive for all my service. Don’t know how long it will take given what I’ve read on here. They did put me in a sweet loaner 2020 rubicon. I’m pretty confident it will workout.

So brought it in yesterday and got notified today that the glass will be replaced. The dealership has always been awesome and Kate from JeepCares helped a lot in expediting. On a side note I was informed that the glass should be here Thursday that a large amount of inventory was able to fill all the back orders and then some.

Not happy today.
I wrote earlier that my dealer had ordered a replacement top for my Gladiator due to the leak. Well the top finally came and I got word today that it came in without a rear window. Well, that was counter productive. Now waiting on the window to come in so it can get installed into the top. That did not make my day.
Maybe it's a blessing in disguise as warmer weather is needed to soften the adhesive in order to successfully remove the Hotheads headliner without ruining the liners. To be honest I feel like this is just the beginning of a lengthy issue.
Has any one had any luck stopping the leak themselves?
