Just an update on how she looks with a lift and proper 37's under her...

@RSI North America Inc I too am wondering if we are able to lift the cap by the roof rails using M8 weld nuts and eye bolts. I plan to lift from all four corners where there are two bolts attaching the rail to the roof.

Bingo! As long as you distribute the weight evenly, you are good to utilize the universal roof rails to raise and lower the cap.

Will those panels be interchangeable in any way with the existing EVO Sport model? The EVOa is exactly what I wanted/needed, but unfortunately it wasn't available or projected when I purchased mine.

At this time, we are not offering the doors/side panels as a separate product for purchase. If something changes on this matter in the future, we will send out an email to our Tribe. So if you have not already, I would encourage you to join our email list.

That is correct. For the Gladiator the Flat Bed is $6,495. The SmartCap XL is $5,495.

4) Will the SmartTray come standard with the Drop Sides and center Slide.
The Flat Bed comes with wheel well bins and a center drawer that comes off the back. The Drop Sides are an option you can purchase for the Flat Bed ($1,195). Note, you can not use the SmartCap XL and the Drop Sides at the same time.

5) What options are available for the SmartTray and SmartCap? Looking for spare tire mount at a minimum.
The SmartCap XL comes with the hardware to mount 2 spare tires on it. Any of the roof racks we offer, the Stow Away Table, the Torch LED Light, and of course, the Flame BBQ/Fire Pit is fully compatible with the SmartCap XL.

6) Will the Smart Tray have a trailer hitch or will the Jeep Factory hitch be compatible?
The Flat Bed does not come with a hitch, but is compatible with third-party hitches from manufacturers like Curt, Draw Tight, Reese, etc.

@RSI North America Inc - is there a timeline for arrival of load bars in the US? Your website states they are inbound and would ship within 10-21 days. Is this accurate? I need the load bars to mount up my RTT otherwise I'm going a different route.

That is the most accurate information we have for when the Load Bars should be available for purchase. But I must warn you, COVID can bring about completely unexpected issues as it relates to shipping. So... fingers crossed, these should be available in the next 10-20 days.

@RSI North America Inc is there any reason I can't lift my smartcap by the roof rails? I ordered M8 weldnuts for the tracks and I have 4 M8 eye bolts. I was thinking I would just use a hoist bolted to the ceiling of my garage to lift it. I know this thing can handle a bunch weight bearing down on it, but sometimes things prefer to be stressed in only one direction...

As long as you distribute the weight evenly, you are good to utilize the universal roof rails to raise and lower the cap. For a mid-size cap like the Gladiator, we recommend you use 4 mounting points (one on each corner).

That is a good looking truck! Have you noticed any type of squat from the rear or did the cap level your truck any? I will eventually have the same setup when my cap arrives, already have the steel bumper, winch, mopar lift, and decked bed storage.

It depends on the inventory level. They are trying to get it built up, but have been filling the pre-orders. Contact one of the resellers, like Offroad Alliance, and see if they know.

Talking with Clayton Offroad they recommended I add a .75" spacer to the rear to account for the 170lbs of standard bed weight, i.e. weight that will almost always be there. I did not do that because I could barely get the rear springs in as it was. I'm pretty sure I did not have the control arms loose enough to drop the axle all the way. I just measured and currently I sit level with the topper, a 37" spare in the bed and no .75" spacer.

You may want to factor in your Decked System weight.

Had my first chance to test out the weather resistance of my cap and it failed. I’ve got rain coming in steadily on the rear passenger corner from the roof. I knew I had a slightly damaged roof panel after inspecting so I wondered how it would fare. On the bright side, the rest of the bed is bone dry so I’m confident that it’ll seal properly once corrected.

My dealer didn’t mention any of the damage to me after install so I’m not particularly happy about that either but that’s an issue to raise with them. @RSI North America Inc what are my options here? I don’t think it’ll take much work to correct. Just looks like the roof panel needs to be straightened out a bit and touched up on the paint.

2 weeks to 2 years. Unless it's damaged, then 4 weeks to 4 years.
Nobody can give a clear answer because...Keystone Distribution. They are the logistics provider that is not able to track their own freight. But, At least RSI is happy with their performance....
