Getting mine installed next week didn’t want to wait even with the rest of the truck staying stock for now.

Thanks. their website looks like they have them in stock, I will have to call in the morning to verify. I can't make it to Ohio easily (long way from AZ) so I have to also find a commercial location with a loading dock & get them to accept the shipment.

I can’t remember how many they said where not sold. They Get them in from time to time when I had my old Gladiator it was always the glass version so I went ahead on this now even though not doing rest of build yet.

I know finding these things in stock are tough and takes forever if you order it.

Anyone looking to buy a used like new RSI Smartcap Evo in the WV or Ohio area? I love the cap but I need the extra headroom and space for my other hobby........ building furniture.

It has never been offroaded, no scratches. The cap does have one slight blemish on the front passenger latch where the powder coating has rubbed off from me cleaning off excess silicone/adhesive around the latch. Easy fix, I just haven't got around to it yet.

Looking to get $3,700, I can also bundle in a decked drawer system if your interested.

I know I'm not really contributing much with this comment, but I've owned mine for about 5 months now and I still love it.

It oozes quality. Everything looks, feels and moves nicely. Im not thrilled about the dust I'm getting inside, but that's not the cap's fault. I need to cover all the holes in the bed that jeep leaves. I've got some gun grip tape that actually matches the bed liner pretty well.

Last update on mine from @OffroadAlliance.com and @SmartCap seems like mine should hopefully ship in September. At this point I doubt it but remain hopeful as it’s the only time both have given me the same month ??‍

I just got an update from my dealer in San Antonio. He said he talked to his regional RSI representative last week. He confirmed that RSI IS still filling orders made last November for Gladiators and Tacomas, which are their biggest demand. That said, he is projecting a 4-month order to delivery timeline if you order now. RSI is building a factory in the Dallas area which should mitigate much of the wait time, as we won’t have to wait for the caps to clear the port.

While my RSI dealer doesn’t have any in stock, he is currently selling ordered adventure models for $4,000-ish and the sport models for $4,400-ish. That price includes assembly and installation, but not taxes.

Can you arrange a lower price if you assemble it yourself. Certainly. But any warranty or defect issues you will have to arrange yourself.

Mine is the sport model and is still for sale.

Looks great! If you have a chance would you mind posting a pic of the rear showing how far in the bin intrudes inside as well as one close up of the usable space in the bin? Thinking of adding the bin to mine and keeping all my cooking / loose camp stuff there. Thanks!

Guess it REALLY matters where you order from. Offroad Alliance apparently either holds your cash before ordering or is so low on the totem pole that they can't deliver after 6 months, longer for some like me. I should have driven out to Texas!
