That sucks. Bestop is a well-known company. They should really know in the jeep community how quickly bad customer service circulates. Shame on them for not even trying to make it right.Much better service then I got from Bestop. It took almost two months to get a small mounting plate and two screws for my tonneau that were missing. They told me about 5 times they would ship out the next day and never did. It literally took hours of phone calls (on hold for about 45 each time) and live chat to finally get the parts.
