any updates?
You have a Diesel on a 3" Rock Krawler kit?
I am Diesel as well, but on a Clayton 2.5
Was thinking of swapping to the RK 3" diesel specific springs.
How do you like them? How much rake do you have?
The e-clicks with the clayton setup is great, but always looking to improve if possible.

Sorry guys, got a bit busy and never made it back in here. So far I really like the shocks, the install was pretty straight forward once I got all the right parts. It’s all very high quality and the touch screen shift knob is pretty sweet. As for the ride, I have not had the opportunity to hit the trails yet since this is my kids crazy time of year with Dance competition weekends and Taekwondo fight weekends. Hoping May opens up a bit and I get a chance to get out.

On the road, they are definitely noticeable and I find myself driving a bit faster on roads where I normally slowed down a bit. It handles a lot better and soaks up the terrible country roads where I live much better than stock shocks and better than the Fox 2.0s I swapped from. I do find myself playing with the hardness/softness settings a lot on “street mode” just to see how it handles differently. I have blasted over some RR tracks too and it never hit hard or settled harshly, something I could never do before.

More to come once I get it out in the dirt but withthe remaining competition and tournament schedule, it will be at least May before I get a free weekend to tear it up.

I met some o the guys from SDI at the Moab 4x4 and directed them to your thread and told em to get in here! Sounds like they are very busy of late with a lot of projects like the Bronco and other kits. Found out they have a setup you can add to many other brands such King to bolt in their reservoir and electronics. I got a lot of good info like how it gets the steering and braking straight from the ECU pretty impressive stuff! How are you liking yours?

Yeah, I got an email from them that you can now do an add-on adjustable rezzie, very cool tech!
As for how I like them, so far it’s still really limited to DD driving on the street but they are pretty nice on the road. I’ve played around setting them softer and stiffer just to see how they handle the crappy pot hole filled and undulating rads we have in the country in Ohio. I haven’t found a sweet spot yet but it’s so easy to change depending on the road Im driving on. The jeep handles great! I’m hoping to get a chance here in about 2 weeks to hit some local trails and really give it a workout in trail mode. My schedule is just so crazy on the weekends in late winter into spring, I can’t get out to put I through it’s paces.

So I went out for some mild wheeling yesterday, nothing too crazy, few rocks, some terrain that tested the flex and some slower speed whoops, and the shocks were outstanding. The whoop section that we went down would have or should have tossed us around a little but it handled it like a champ. It was definitely much smoother than my stock Rubi shocks and a lot better than the Falcons I ran on my wrangler. Coming down off some smaller ledges that I fully expected to land on the hitch, it never made contact. I’ll do a little more wheeling next weekend with a lot more terrain to put them to the test, but they were amazing for what I was doing yesterday, extremely comfortable on the trails!

Did you ever hear back?
Nope, probably went into some bottomless pit of voice-mail?

I'll have to reach out again as its been on my mind since I've had my Fox 2.5s open 3 times in the past week making valving changes.

That is odd, they answered the phone every time I called them. If the person who answered could not answer my questions, they kept me on the phone until they could get someone. They were very responsive.

The vm sounded like it was forwarded to a Verizon mobile. Maybe something weird happened that day with the phones.

Longer video but pretty good testing of the SDi E-Clik shocks on a JLU, on road, on high speed trails, and a little crawling, by a bunch of Raptor guys….and an SDi staffer.

Wish I scored one of those shirts when I was at the Moab 4x4 expo. Probably the best marketing video out there for SDi they may need to hire this guy ? Seems too he may have some real suspension issues with his wifes Rubi. Even with Fox 2.0s I could steer with 2 fingers down a mostly straight road. From what I gathered chatting with SDi Raptor owners are upgrading to their setup which says a lot about how big a boost it’d give a Jeep. I hope we get a video of you bombing your JT down some rough roads someday ?
