I'd say with painted top, lifted, winch, and with the options it's fair priced to the market. Being a diesel they'll list it at high end to allow room for haggling. Downside to this truck is the factory warranty is expired, so it's 42K plus any third party warranty costs. Being lower mileage theres a chance it will need a turbo in the next 50k and it will no longer be covered. $12k bill that my buddy just had covered under the 5yr/100k mile powertrain warranty.

I searched for a while, and my buddy searched for his for a while, anything Rubi diesel under 100k miles was +35k, and all were outside a 500 mile radius. I didn't see anything stay listed for too long. I was lucky to get mine locally for $39k with under 30k miles, it was just by chance that I mentioned I really wanted a diesel when I went to test drive a Mojave, and another salesman overheard and mentioned they just got one in end of lease and it wasn't even through inspection yet. I bought it before it even hit the lot. They already had 3 others waiting to put a deposit on it.

My buddy just paid $34k for a 70k mile Rubi diesel, branded title manufacturer buy back. He couldn't find anything else priced that low unless you went way up in mileage, so he took a chance with a buy back truck because it came with a 1 year manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty.
I looked at used diesels a number of times but after finding out its a cab off or pull the engine halfway or all the way out to get the turbo out -I decided I'll just replace camshafts on occasion 😬
