Are you able to see between the bed and exterior panels from underneath? Not sure what you're suggesting.

For the two rear most nuts/holes, yes. If you lie flat behind the rear tire and look straight up, you'll spot it.

I had to clean several holes out because of the bed liner. I looked at your video and mine were definitely tighter going in, you couldn't screw them in by hand, no way, and not near the slop you have. Find a original equipment M6 fastener somewhere on your rig and try that one see if it acts the same.

This is what I used and works fine. No wobble.

My cargo rail attachment points were full of bedliner material. Had to get a tap the correct mm and tread pitch and tap out the bed liner material. Once cleaned i was able to mount unistrut with D rings. Worked great!
