Just my opinion but I traded from a 2017 GMC Sierra to my Gladiator. all I can say is look up all the class action stuff against the 5.3, I know it's bigger quieter and frankly a nicer ride, but you will in my opinion miss the gladiator when you start having high pressure fuel pump issues, and lifter issues due to the cylinder on demand system thats trash, oh and the port injection knock that sounds like valve issues, and the exhaust leak you get from the manifold bolts breaking, and the... Well you get the picture but man it's your decision this is just my opinion.

What is the rationale for trading it? Tired of taking the roof and doors off? Tired of having fun driving? Tired of a truck with personality? Seriously though, what are the reasons you are considering the trade? If it fit's a need and the mechanical history on carfax is good with no previous issues, go for it. Just have them throw in some kind of warranty.

I would think you could probably do better than that for your Jeep. 37 is their home run knock it out of the park price. If it were me, and I wanted to go with something else find something in the 42 range then maybe an even swap.

If they can be outrageous with their prices so can you.

Depends on the miles on your Gladiator. Doesn't seem like a great deal. If you need something a bit bigger than what you have you can probably do it and get more for your gladiator. Too many miles on the Chevy.
