A quick short project to add storage in under used space. A stick of 1 in aluminum 1/8 inch angle. 4 short 1/4 bolts, 2 3in carriage bolts and nuts, some heavy duty tape as washers to prevent scratches on JT paint.

I've been thinking about how and what I wanted to do for the area for quite some time. Stuck doing recovery from surgery not able to really do much physically so I knocked this out yesterday.... Two days after emergency gallbladder surgery and day after release from hospital. Damn it is P.T.A. not being able to do much.

The tape is on bottom of angle aluminum where it sets on roll bar. I want to maybe add some more panels on off the back side later. Then to cover the aluminum to match better too.
The panel is a Amazon store one that is to hang on seat backs. Another location I'm wanting to install. One is in center section on front over roll bar.

Looks great. I too will be making similar panels for that area.

FYI I forgot to add the front edge is just setting on sound bar right now, later on I may add some tabs to secure it in place more.

I found this panel on Amazon also. It is 39" x 12". Will go most of the way across the cab. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08VN744N7/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I had looked into ones similar to that, I was looking for something about 24 in wide and about the same length. More coverage to stick stuff. The one I used "was supposed to" be about center console area in front area. Above but just below freedom panels. But being under limited activity for next few weeks, I just wanted to be doing something.
That probably would have been better.

Would a pair of Velcro straps or short bungees do the trick? Easily removable and can quickly be repositioned if needed?

You probably could, I want anything mounted solid so it doesn't rattle loose.
