I’ve got almost 20k miles on my baby now and didn’t realize how many miles the Falken’s were rated for. I might just have to upgrade and try and sell mine-that’s the main reason I’ve been putting it off. Nowhere to store them really and don’t want to let them just rot either.
How's that old saying go? "Sell your truck while it's still running..." You can apply that to just about anything in life. After it breaks it ain't worth shit, so sell it while it's still worth something.

I actually have those Kuhmos on my H2 for over 3 years. No dry rot and plenty of tread life, granted that isn't driven much especially since buying my JTR but for the price they are excellent tires.

I have thought the same, wearing down the MTs which came on mine before going bigger but I am dying to give this thing a little lift but I do think the 33's would be far too small even with a 2" let alone 2.5" lift.

Question, do either of you eventually plan on running longer shocks and ditching the shock extenders? I'm sure there are part numbers for the larger Fox shocks included in the Mopar lift I would imagine. Also, any plans on doing control arms since I'm sure this pulls the axle out of spec a bit.

If you're referring to me, I plan on removing my Skyjacker spacers in the very near future. I already have EVO 2.5" front springs, EVO adj. track bar, and EVO adj. LCA's still sitting in boxes waiting to be installed. I'm waiting on my JKS 1.5" lift rear springs to show up...It's been a month since I ordered them, and they still haven't shipped out to me. Starting to get pretty pissed off with JKS.

Then once all that's done, I'll look into longer shocks. But for now the extension brackets that came in the Skyjacker kit are pretty strong, so I don't worry about them at all. Eventually I will go with some longer shocks sometime in the future.

Basically I will be removing the Skyjacker spacers, and keeping everything else from the kit installed. So I will probably be selling the spacers in the future. They're nice. Made of metal, nice powder coat finish. Low miles on mine, as I don't drive my JTR much. If anyone wants them, let me know.

Wow that's wild. I'm looking more for a one and done type of kit. I keep going back to the Mopar kit since it's mostly everything minus an adjustable track bar which I think I'm going with Yeti.

Damn so many things to think about!

I normally do, but I was on a REALLY tight budget when I first got my JTR. Now that I've gotten some large debts paid off, I can splurge on nicer stuff. I'm also all about a frankenlift... Not everything has to be from 1 manufacturer. You take the best of this, the best of that, the best of the other, and mix it all together, and you got something badass. And as time goes on, I'm sure I'll keep slowly upgrading parts. Next thing once I get those other parts installed, I'll probably go with a Rock Krawler Pro-X rear setup to eliminate the rear track bar.

Oh I like that and the purpose behind it! This is my first Jeep so the suspension is totally different from what I am used to but I read here as much as possible to learn. I might jump on that board with that rear setup.

I do think the Mopar kit gives me most of what I am looking for minus an adj track bar. Eventually I would go with nicer control arms as well.

Well, everything just changed... JKS has been shut down for 2 months, and refuses to answer my calls or reply to my emails about my rear springs I ordered over a month ago, that still have not shipped.

So, I called Northridge back, and discussed options... I’m now goin go to be running ALL Evo front & rear. My new stuff is on its way today, and should be here by Friday.

So, my lift is now essentially an EVO 2.5” Enforcer Stage 2 Plus Lift. Minus the brake lines.

This will suffice for now, till I upgrade the rear to the RK Pro-X setup. :like:

Found an [unofficial] RTI ramp... ;)

Behind my storage unit. :CWL:

Not bad for a spacer lift and 37’s...with the sway bar disconnected. It’s stuffing those 37’s!

Doing some offroading with the Skyjacker spacer lift. Absolutely NO issues. Actually I'm very impressed at how solid it is. No spacer bounce, no rattling, no noise, or anything like you normally get with other types of spacers that don't mount into the spring cup with a nut & bolt setup. These bolt to the top of the spring cups, so they won't fall out, even at full-flex. :like:

Alabama Mud Machine your rig looks sweet! I'm considering the same setup. How level does the truck sit after the lift? I tow a 5k wake boat so don't mind a little rake but would like to keep it .5" or so.

Thanks man. If I didn't have a 75 lbs. steel bumper and a 100+ lbs. winch with a steel cable on the front, that adds about an extra 1" to 1.5" of front sag, it wouldn't be as level as it is, being that I have a Rubicon. Between the Rubicon's 3/4" taller front springs, and the Rubicon's high-clearance front fenders that sit about 1.5" higher than the other models, it sits a lot different than the other models. It makes it have an optical illusion that makes it look like it's sitting high in the front, but if you look at the rock rails while sitting on flat level ground, it DOES actually have some positive rake (rear sits slightly higher than the front) by probably a good 1/2" to 1" or so. I haven't hooked anything that weighs 5000 lbs. behind it, but you should be ok, if I had to guess...

Here it is sitting on flat ground (it's a runway we just paved back at the beginning of the year, and nothing has landed on it yet), so this is about the most level ground you're going to find anywhere...
