I will be out in AZ visiting family next month. I'm wondering how doable broken arrow would be solo without a spot or buddy with winch. Won't have any friends along this trip.
no issue whatsoever. Very easy trail

Is your JT stock? I’m worried about some of the break over angles on Broken Arrow so I haven’t done it in my Mojave yet.
Tucson has some great scenic trails too. Chivo Falls, Chimney Rock and backway up Mt. Lemmon to name a few.

I'm on an icon lift with 35s. Did all of fins n things and took the hardest line available on every obstacle with just a rough country level/rancho 5000 and 35s. A hitch skid is probably a bigger concern than break over on this level of trail.

Be sure to take your time and enjoy the scenery and take a lot of pics. Trail easily done with one. Avoid weekends if at all possible.

In 1969, Charlie Manson drove an ancient 32 foot school bus up a rutty, rock strewn, dirt trail through Goler Gulch in the Panamint Mountains of Death Valley and then parked the bus more than a mile off the trail. I think the Jeep Gladiator will make the trip without much trouble.

Its an amazing place to break up a long drive. I'd say do it.
Yeah. I'm going to spend a day at the grand canyon then head down to Sedona for a day or two before hopping on 40 back to the east coast. so many cool things to see in the area that I feel like I'm missing out. I want to see the send account volcanoes and hit up meteor crater.

We will be in Sedona July 18-21.
Nice maybe I will see you out there if I don't break the jeep in Moab. I will be there sometime between the 19 and 22. Still deciding on if I'm stopping by the grand canyon the 19 or 21st.

It's an easy and scenic trail, a must do in Sedona. Surface is grippy, you'll see the first gatekeeper climb right off the bat, keeps lesser vehicles off that trail. If you want to add a foresty scenic, might check out Schnebly a few miles up.
