I have a similar story with Mopar customer service. Last Jeep was a JKU. Idiot before me rebuilt the top end, well one bank anyway(stupid fuck left the other side alone). No biggie. I dropped a new Mopar crate into it. 4 weeks later the brand new crate motor needed rear main seal, oil pump, timing cover??? and 2500 dollars more in valve train parts...zero mile motor. Cost me 10k to put that POS in, they paid to get it up to par and then, when I traded it in at the same dealer 2 months late and a brand new Gladiator, they called ME out on the work THEY did!!!! I put it on the dealership as much or more than Jeep or Mopar.

No faith in dealership service department here. Problem every time I pick it up. I'm talking about oil changes. Attention to detail is nonexistent. On my JL they ordered the wrong steering box to replace the aluminum one that has more slack than a 1976 lifted K10. Put it back together and never ordered the correct parts. I'm done.
OP, I hate you are having so much trouble. I feel like zero customer service is the new normal in the post-COVID world.

P0300 after 1300 miles dealer replaced batteries
P0300 continued, replaced more batteries, replaced rockers, lifters one at a time, cam was replaced. Finally engine replaced
Find a different dealer! I can't see why a misfire code ended up with batteries being replaced - twice.

You may have a lemon Jeep but almost certainly have a lemon dealership.
Exactly. Replacing batteries? For misfire code?
And not being able to diagnose the misfire? Why replace lifters one at a time (actually they don't lift, they are lash adjusters but that's another matter)
That dealership is working as if back in the 1930s. What a circus!

transmission leak- repaired
transmission leak #2 repaired

Current situation
Bad ticking once again from a motor that has 15K miles
transmission leak #3

Called @JeepCares opened another case but I am 2 weeks in to it and 2 representatives still no rental confirmed.

I've got 43,367 miles on my 2020 Overland. I've got a P0300 code as well. But,I dug a little farther
Camshaft and crankshaft sensor faulty and the engine has been overheating. Just bought this jeep on 02/14/23.

You just discovered the reason the previous owner got rid of it.

I wonder where the cam positioning sensors are manufactured!! They seem to be the problem on a few vehicles other than Jeeps.

Who ever worked on mine last tighten the bolt too much and cracked the plastic on both sensors. I'll solve the overheating problem next.

Sounds like a nightmare, so glad mines still without issue at almost 70,000 miles. I did have transmission issues out of 2010 JKU, went through 3 before the 90,000 mile mark so I feel your pain. Still loved that jeep though and wish I still had it parked in the driveway

I feel ya OP. Sucks! I’ve been pretty good on both my Gladiators thank God. No real problems and my small town dealer is on any issues like a fly on stink. I wish you a speedy resolution.
